I ordered a chicken biscuit here for breakfast just a few minutes ago I get back in my work truck and get down the road and grabbed my biscuit as soon as I pulled it out the bag I knew something was wrong cause it stunk so I pulled it out the wrapped and my chicken is almost black. This place is gross that oil hasn’t been changed in so long.

I rarely write reviews for anything, but this place deserves a special shout out for the incredible level of service they are providing. I stop off for breakfast a couple days of week in the drive-through. They are so fast and efficient – I frequently go through the entire process from ordering to feed in hand in less than two minutes, sometimes more quickly. They are clearly putting an emphasis on customer service, and it’s working.

The customer service here is terrible. I waited for over 25 minutes at the curbside, I was almost given the wrong order & when I said it wasn’t mine the lady (which had a severe attitude) didn’t even ask me what I ordered. I not only had to go inside just to see if they received my order but I got several scoffs as well. Like I was inconveniencing them since they “didn’t” get my order. As someone that works in retail. The atmosphere at this McDonald’s is by far the worst I’ve ever been too.

The old lady with the dyed blonde hair at the drive thru actually yelled at me when I drove too far passed her window. Then she slammed her little window at me when I asked her to calm down. Wow. I’ll drive a little further down the road next time I have a Caramel Frappe craving!!

The computer system seemed to be down so we had to tell them at the second window what we had ordered. A man with white facial hair (manager?) was speaking rudely and harshly to the other employees at a loud volume. The employees seemed very uncomfortable around him and we were very uncomfortable overhearing how he was speaking. Please do not manage by being a bully.

Good service, friendly staff, and gotten most of my meals right. It was close to a job site I worked at for a few days and it recently served a limited bacon ranch McCrisp. Super good, but the only minor issue is that pickles was added and I asked for no pickles. No big deal, though. Still a nice place to get food from.

Went through the drive thru for drinks and the guy handed me 4 large drinks and 1 small drink in a single carrier (not even doubled up to account for the size and number of drinks), which obviously bent and my drinks spilled in my car and all over me and my passenger. One drink didn’t even have the lid on right and was wide open. He got snotty when I asked for the issue to be corrected after the huge mess that was made. Tried to call the store and no answer.
