I came to this Baja Fresh in Tigard on hwy 99 around 7pm on 08/26/2023. I had a free burrito coupon for my birthday but she did not take it off the bill. She was so busy on her phone she couldn’t be bothered. I was furious but luckily for her my Son let it go. Then, to thank us for that she did Not put my food in the bag. The cook had to come out and make her gove it to me. Such a payhetiv experience woth a pathetic employee

I love Baja Fresh in general but this is by far my favorite location. I call my order ahead and it’s always ready on time. The best thing about this place are their portions. Considerably more than any other location. That’s what keeps me coming back time and time again. The staff here are also so friendly and helpful. I will always be a loyal customer at this location.

Came here with my boyfriend and the service was terrible. The employees were very rude and acted inconvenienced when we walked in and then again when I wanted to add a drink after we got our food (cashier rolled her eyes at me and put out her hand for me to to pay, didn’t smile, tell me how much or anything) When we got home our chicken was dry and cold, we live a block away so it wasn’t because we had to drive far. I had asked for chips with my order, I know they are a free add on but more than 6 chips would have been great. The whole experience was a joke. We will not be back or recommending to anyone.

All the people who work here are fantastic. My one star is for the working conditions that the employees are enduring! 90 degrees inside!!! It’s hotter inside than it is out. They have been dealing with this for over one week. The owners need to get an A/C repair company out there ASAP or all their employees might quit…..or pass out!

Baja has been our family favorite for a long time! Their fajitas, taquitos and salads are superb! The chips are never enough and the salsa bar has been removed since COVID but otherwise I still enjoy coming here for quality food and great service!
