We have been anxiously awaiting the opening of Pachamama and we were not disappointed! It has been so lovingly decorated and has a warm but clean atmosphere. The service was also great; we were checked on several times and met the owner and chef, but there was also the feeling that we could stay as long as we like. The cocktails were refreshingly different, highly recommend the borgoña. And last but not least, the food! We did not leave a single morsel on our plates, everything was so good. I would recommend 3-5 plates for a couple depending how hungry you are. There was a balance of light and fresh dishes (pickled radish salad with vegetables from their garden) as well as richer dishes (chorizo mac, totally perfect). We will be back regularly!!

I’m on the fence peeps. The food was really good but the service was all over the place. The server took our order wrong and then told us we could keep the extra plate because it was their mistake. The dish sat on our table nearly 10+ minutes and then someone who was not our server came and took it. No explanation just removed it from the table. On top of that they forgot to bring us our fries. Our check was calculated correctly ✅. Now it suppose to be a Kitchen & Garden I didn’t see no garden the only outdoor seating we were offered was on the sidewalk next to the parked cars. We have recommended them because of the food with a caveat about the service. With all of the competition in the market there is no compelling reason for me to go back.

highly recommend! quite possibly the best restaurant i’ve visited in lakewood. service was perfectly warm, thoughtful, and gracious. the tapas style food was generous in portion, exploding with flavor, and visually delightful. the room felt cozy and design was inviting. loved the gypsy kings soundtrack that helped pull all the elements together for a great vibe…..

Fantastic new restaurant in Lakewood. Thoughtful menu with all locally grown and sourced ingredients. The menu is unexpected and unique. I personally loved the pickled radish salad and lamb chops! Their menu pairs well with a variety of wines and cocktails. Pachamama is a great place to bring a small group of friends for dinner and drinks, I’ll definitely be back!

What a lovely new addition to Lakewood! The menu might be smaller but there’s no shortage of variety…. And everything we got (ensalata, chorizo sliders, Mac and cheese, steak chimmichuri flat bread, mushroom tartine) were SO delicious. The drinks were also killer!! Would absolutely recommend going. They also have a stand at the westpark farmers market on Sundays which sells their produce, also great! A lakewood gem 🙂

The food here is incredible! So fresh and delicious. The lamb chops specifically were absolutely amazing and a must try. They are still new and their menu is small for now, but no matter what you order you will love it.

We visited for the first time and loved it! The food is beyond amazing, the service is outstanding, and the cocktails are incredible. The atmosphere truly feels like being invited to a friend’s home for dinner. We will be back for sure!
