BEST BEST BEST VENEZUELAN STREET FOOD IN ALL OF TEXAS! The Primos Bacon Burger is just amazing, mouthwatering, and delicious! It has the “callejero” taste you just don’t find in other places! 100% recommend!

Wow, I’ve never had such an interesting food combination before– the Primo’S Patacon Mixto especially had a blend of chicken and beef with ham, egg, a ton of cheese, and coslaw all sandwiched between two ripe, fritter style plantains. The best part was the side, hot (ish) sauce which contrasted the sweetness of the plantains perfectly. Friendly staff as well and great over all quality of food! Highly recommend!

Awesome food truck! I chose a venezuelan style burger from Primos Venezuelan. Primos Bacon Burger – ground beef or chicken breast, lettuce, tomatoes, bacon, potato sticks, mayo, ketchup, bbq sauce, Primos sauce, corn, ham and Venezuelan cheese. Wow! One massive and very tasty burger, I couldn’t even finish it with the bun and fries. My friend got some amazeballs loaded fries and tequenos from Primos. The Primos Fries Sausage – beef fajita, sausage, bacon, corn, Parmesan cheese, bbq sauce, mayo, ketchup, and Primos sauce. Our other friend got the Primo’s Patacon Burger Mixto – Green or ripe platain stuffed with cabbage, beef fajita and chicken, boiled egg, venezuelan, american and parmesan cheese, ham, Primo’s sauce, ketchup, mayo and mustard. He couldn’t stop raving about it. Definitely a top 20 Nick’s Local Eats / TX BBQ, Burgers and Brew Top northside burgers!

Just wow! The Primos fries is amazing. Get it over fries or salad, and don’t forget the Primos Fries with sausage (+chicken and beef). The folks are super friendly and prices reasonable. The sauce (gotta ask for extra) is cilantro flavored magic.

I have never been here nor do I plan on it but Google refuses to remove this place when I visit Chipotle. And yes I have tried correcting my visit and will continue to post the same review if it does not remove itself.

I have eaten here many times but sadly maybe 7/11 times the food has been so salty that you can only eat half of it before your body stop you from eating more salt. I made this review before and took it down because I felt like I was hurting my own people. Ate here again, same saltiness :(. Maybe my taste bud have changed over the years? It used to be so good a few years ago. I would still give them a try if you’ve never eaten here. Good luck resolving this problem.
