I always liked Dickey’s BBQ but this ordering experience sucked! Do NOT order from this location! This is a hub carrying dishes from dozens of restaurants, not an actual restaurant. When I went to pick up the order, the staff told me that the order is not showing up in the system. Even though I showed her the email receipt, she still refused to prepare the order. What a cluster!!! I wish I can give zero star for this review.

I was excited that there was a Dickies open again in the area. I ordered a brisket sandwich and the baked potato casserole. I was so disappointed with the food. The meat was tasteless. The casserole was bland. The sweet sauce was also tasteless and watered down. So disappointed I won’t be going back there.

Not actually a restaurant, it’s a site run by the South Loop Food Company that prepares and holds food for pickup and delivery. It’s very poorly run with food often taking very long to be prepared and customers not being notified that the food is ready there aren’t really employees present to ask questions to either, instead there are kiosks to check in with and see in which locker your food is waiting for you. However this system doesn’t really work and your food might not even be in a locker and might just be in a warmer with no notification to you that it’s ready. Don’t waster your time with this place.
