First time and will definitely be back. Food was good. There were out of several items I really wanted to try, so I advice coming early. I had the Spicey Chicken as salad bowl. Hassan dressing is a must. Hubby got grilled chicken and braised lamb inn a grain bowl. Love rhe mash of all the flavors you can mix in match.

I keep trying to give this place a shot because it’s close to work, but I just cracked a tooth on a bowl full of burnt rice and I’m done with this place. I’ve been eating cava since they first opened in northern VA and this is one of the worst locations in terms of food quality and service. Service is often slow and bowls not prepared well. Today I got a bowl to go and the rice was so burnt almost every piece was hard as a rock and it definitely injured my tooth. I would stay away from this place if you can.

I don’t know what happened to this location. When they opened, they were great. It’s been a sharp decline. I keep giving them another chance but I think I’m done after today. I had an online order. I get home and both bowls are a third full. Looks like they put one tablespoon of tomato and cucumbers on both. The pita chips were completely stale. If you had a weak tooth and hit one of the chips, it would be a wrap. Unfortunately I’m done giving chances.

great food and very friendly staff. I wanted to try something new so I asked Jess, the guy behind the counter, what dressing he recommends. He pointed me to the harrisa which was phenomenal. Love that you can pick a bowl off their menu or build your own. I’ll be back again soon.

I ordered my lunch online with a 12:15p pickup. I arrived at 12:22p and did not get my food until 12:33p. This is not good when it has also happened before and you have a limited amount of time for your break. People came in and got their food thru the line in the time I waited. I ordered half roasted vegetables and half chicken for the main dish. There was very little chicken and a-lot of raw (not roasted) Brussel Sprouts. I usually order from here twice a month but looks like I’ll need to find an alternative.

I went to CAVA for the first time and had such great customer service. Caden, at the Willow Lawn location, was so helpful. I told him it was my first time there and he took the time to give me recommendations and let me know all of my options. He suggested the garlic sauce, and I’m glad he did cause it’s delicious. He was super attentive and answered all my questions. Thanks Caden for such great customer service! I enjoyed my food as well. Will be returning.

Wow, I don’t write reviews really ever, but i had to for this visit! My experience was so great at the Willow Lawn Cava, all thanks to the wonderfully helpful staff. A young gentleman, Caden, took my order and let me try some of the mains that I haven’t tried before! I’m so glad for that because I was a little wary about the pricing on the braised lamb, but upon tasting it, I get why they charge extra for it. YUM!! I will definitely be back again soon.

With a chain like this the food is usually all the same. The amount of time it takes to get your food and the service you receive is the changing variable. The service was professional and courteous. It took about five minutes to wait in line and order the food.
