Food was not what it used to be. Fries were reheated causing the fries to be extremely greasy which is sad. The dining area was in need of a deep clean table grungy as the floor. Service was good …won’t go back again

If you can find a better place. Find it. My cheesesteak was supposed to have peppers onions mushrooms and olives. It barely had mushrooms and they brought out cold black olives. Mayo is in packets and warm. Yuk. But the biggest screw up no cheese. I went to nack on the part I brought home. Fatty tuff meat when I heated up. Also soggy fries when they brought my order to me.

Love the cheesesteak meat. I wish the rolls were more like Publix hoagie rolls, or french bread. The fries are the worst. They are dark ‘s still a pandemic. You have to wait in your car. They supposedly are open til 6pm, but sometimes they are mopping the floor at 7:30. Enough said

First we walk in and no one announces hello come up to the front to order. Second the price is insane. Finally realized that no one was coming to the table to take our order. Every item on your sandwich is an upcharge. Very misleading on the prices. Third who runs a dine in restaurants only selling canned soda and bottled water.

Oh my word, I went in with my husband who was bragging about the place. At first I wasn’t going to have anything but changed my mind and ordered a steak and bacon quesadilla. I am so glad I did. The best ever. The staff was very friendly and gracious. Thank you all so much for your hospitality.

I have been coming here for over 8 years and have loved every sandwich I have ever eaten. I have even gone as far as recommending them to many family and friends. Just ordered my sandwich, same way I do about 3-4 times a month. I noticed the prices increased slightly but could accept that, what I can not accept is that the amount of meat was reduced by more than half what they used to give. This sandwich used to be packed full of meat, to where the bread needed to be smooshed, in order to get it all in, now, it’s a roll with very little meat.

This used to be Philly’s best but now you can’t even order it how you like it You can’t have half on one side half on the other That is ridiculous You have now lost business for my entire family because I didn’t want lettuce on my full sandwich and they said they can’t do that. WOW we have been eating here for almost 15 years maybe 20 since they opened.
