This is probably one of the cleanest, establishments and great tasting food in Billings. The customer service is actually fabulous from the cook to the waiters and greeters. The cook is very knowledgeable with the products/sauces and great to talk to. He is also very skilled in with what he is doing.

I come here all the time. The staff are friendly. The food is good. They’re organized, timely and clean. But the biggest thing that I appreciate here is how accommodating they are for people with allergies. Not only are you able to pick everything that goes into your bowl (including the oils), but they always give me separate bowls and they always scrape and scrub the spot of the grill that my food will go on extra thoroughly so that nothing from the previously cooked food we’ll get into mine and they also put up barriers on either side of my food and use separate spatulas for my food. And I didn’t really even have to ask for all of that, I go there pretty often and once they heard that I have really bad food allergies, they were immediately on top of it, making sure that my food was cooked safely so that I don’t get seriously sick. No other restaurant has ever treated me so well about my allergies, which I deeply appreciate. I can’t tell you how many restaurants have acted super putout anytime I asked for something to be even slightly tweaked. The staff at HuHot truly takes your allergies seriously, and they do not act like you’re a burden because of it. Because of that, they will most certainly continue getting my business.

I have always enjoyed HuHot food. It’s been a long time since I had been back at the one in Billings, and they did not disappoint!! The service was wonderful and the food was just as good. I took my family there for a Mother’s day lunch and was beyond happy with how well the staff did to accommodate such a large family when they were already busy with other large families.

Everyone was very nice and there was a wide variety for a selection of food choices. Just so everyone know that haven’t been to this Mongolian grill, this is a buffet style. Bowls to start with to pick our items were a bit small, but we made due. Grateful for the experience. Cooks were pleasant to interact with.

Apparently the restaurant has remodeled. They no longer have servers however the self serve is quick and easy. The food preparers were nice and efficient. Plates were cleared quick and the food was good. Lots of options for vegetables and protein. Many different kinds of sauces as well. I also appreciate the all you can eat option.

My friend took me out for lunch at around 12pm. When we arrived the cashier had us wait while they grabbed manager. When the manager came he asked my friend for his I.D. Confused he said no and was told they wouldn’t be able to give a veterans discount. My friend replied that he wasn’t a veteran but he would take the 10% discount if they wanted to give it.

I like this place a lot. The bathrooms are always clean and fresh. The food has never been less than almost perfect, that’s only because of the ingredients I put into the dish. The cook staff are above and beyond, today, one of them tall guy longer wavy hair politely asked if he could use water to help cook the oysters. Gave him the go ahead and do what you gotta do. Great guy from a service standpoint. Did his job and I think he went above and beyond. The atmosphere is calm, and well kept. Kudos to the people who work there. I will be back for sure.
