The Original Philly Steak is really good. But the other steak sandwiches are just wrong. Who puts lettuce and tomato on a Philly Steak? The cheese burger is very good. Better that what you would get at McDonald’s. The fries are very good. The King Potato is excellent. This place is surprising good.

Let me start by saying the food was good which was the only reason I gave this location more than a single star. My sandwich was first given away to another customer further extending the already lengthy wait. The customer who received my sandwich (much larger than what she ordered) proceeded to eat my sandwich when the kitchen realized their mistake the young girl proceeded to blame and chastise the customer and continued to trash talk the customer after she threw the sandwich away and left. The issue was resolved by simply giving me a 7 inch sandwich that was already made and making another (as I ordered a twelve inch originally). I have been in the service industry for over a decade in currently in a supervisory role, not only would I do my best to fire the girl who shamed the customer but I would have done far better to repair the experience with the original customer (myself). Sadly I will probably never return here and I will take note to warn all who ask not to patron this establishment.
