I had a great, late dinner here last night. I arrived about 30 mins before closing and was greeted with a smile. I had the Tacos de Carne and they were very tasty. Service was good, even at the late hour.

It’s a hole-in-the-wall place, but the food is good. They use quality beef in the street style tacos. My husband had a beef burrito which came with fries. The burrito was large, the tortilla perfectly grilled and translucent. It was well prepared with generous portions of steak. The fries were really good; hard on the outside, powdery soft inside and HOT! A little trouble with ordering, but no big deal. We were happy to get freshly prepared food.

Worst experience I’ve ever had never felt so disrespected and discriminated. Jennifer (the woman at the register)took my boyfriends order. When the order was ready he noticed it was not what he had order. He could not return because he was on a 30 min break so I called the restaurant and asked if it was possible for them to remake the order or get a refund. Jennifer simply said “no” that the order would not be remade and that I couldn’t get a refund. I explained to her that my boyfriend does not speak Spanish and that their was a miscommunication but she was not willing to help and said that she had confirmed the order with him. I again explained to her he did not speak Spanish and that there had been a miscommunication and if she could please help resolve this problem. She became very rude and raised her voice and said “their is no problem because that is what your boyfriend placed” I told her I would like to speak with a manager and she said “No”. Later I managed to come into the restaurant with the old order and asked to speak to a manger. She finally gave the owner a call. Meanwhile the men in the restaurant were laughing at me and telling me that I was “white washed”. One of the men said “if your boyfriend can’t speak Spanish then he should learn how to speak it or not come to a Spanish restaurant”I spoke to the owner and she did not apologize once for the experience I had as if was very frustrating because this could’ve been handled a lot better. I felt that I was being targeted and my boyfriend and I were being discriminated.

The worst service I’ve ever experienced. The waiter didn’t care to attend to us. I had my 5 year old and a 6 month old, who dropped my drink. The waiter saw the mess, and walked away. I had to get up, ask for a napkin and another drink that I paid for again. On top of the horrible service, I wanted my bill to be split. She said she couldn’t do it, and ended up charging me 8 dollars more on someone else’s bill. While all of this is happening, a drunk man at the bar, TOUCHED MY DAUGHTERS HEAD. I immediately pulled her away. I’m reporting this restaurant. The waiters witnessed the incident and did NOTHING. They did nothing to make up for the disaster.
