Contemporary restaurant with flair for presentation. We went for the lunch buffet. Menu has good selections. The fried appetizers appeared darker than what we used to. The rolls and sushi were delicious. There were plenty of staff. Our server could have been help by others. Nonetheless she was pleasant and did well. Overall, I feel it is a good restaurant and I would return.

This place was great! I gave it five stars because of the food and the ambiance. The hostess gave me attitude when I asked to be seated at a booth. It wasn’t full either and there were people nearby the booth area so it wasn’t too far or anything. But the food was fresh. I tried the all you can eat menu and the appetizers were fresh but small amount, same with the dessert. But the sushi was so good! Our server was very polite and overall, everything looked clean. I will probably come back again!

We had all you can eat sushi here today and it was delicious. We ordered the angry dragon, paradise, and pink lady rolls and loved them all. The pink lady was our favorite, though. The flavors were phenomenal. We also had the salmon nigiri and a Philadelphia roll, and both were good but the Philly roll came with smoked salmon which wasn’t our favorite.

My friends and I, went for the all-you-can-eat sushi. Our experience was disappointing. We found that each piece had too much rice, it was difficult to fully enjoy the sushi. When we asked for less rice, the sushi chef gave us even larger portions of rice and smaller pieces of fish, which was frustrating. Additionally, we found out that there was a fine of $0.50 per piece of unfinished sushi, including rice, which is ridiculous considering the amount of rice that they give per piece.

The atmosphere is cute/clean but the seating choices were a bit restrictive. Our waiter took too long to take our order and was difficult to understand. The ordering process was a bit confusing but we got through it. The sushi was basic but the presentation was nice.

Lets start with the amazing Giant Moscow Mule, my favorite!!!! I really want to give Koi 5 stars but my only experience was in a big group and we didnt get attended to alot. We were missing alot of napkins, chopsticks and cups. In the 2 hours we were there the lady came to us twice and only when giving our food. Owner is very nice and provided cute and silly masks to take pictures in during our birthday celebrations. Drinks are so creative and the highlight of the entire place.

One of my favorite all you can eat sushi restaurants in Chicago. The hosts provide good service, the food comes out fairly quickly, and the sushi has always been great.

Came here with the first time for a party of three. The wait wasn’t too bad for a Sunday evening dinner. We waited around 20 mins to get seated. Food came quickly. The service overall was great. Great selection of sushi and hot and cold appetizer. They also have mochi ice cream for dessert. And awesome presentation. See video.
