I cannot believe this location is still open. I just picked up my food and it ruined my whole day. First of all, I order at 7pm and was informed they had just one chicken left so I couldn’t get the family meal for 4, had to be the meal for 3 instead. Keep in mind this place closes at 10:30pm. How is it possible there’s no chicken at 7pm?

This Boston Market used to be good six or seven years ago. Now, you get dinner rolls instead of cornbread and Kraft shells & cheese instead of their usual macaroni. I do not recommend anymore.

This Boston Market is the worst. The “manager” Andrea was dismissive when I tried to use my TMobile coupon. Andrea admitted that some codes were not working for an unknown reason, but instead of trying to resolve the problem, she just ignored me and looked straight ahead to indicate there was nothing she would do to resolve the problem. And look at the picture I posted about the “12” nuggets. What a joke. They are horrible slivers of chicken for $9. Not only that, they had no regular nuggets, just got nuggets. I was disappointed and dismayed by the lack of customer service.

On Saturday the 26th 2023 I went at 8:40 pm to this location and the doors were locked with workers inside chilling. When one of the workers saw me he was yelling, didn’t even bother to come to the door and talk to me instead yelled and I could not hear him because I was outside. Online it said this location was open for dine-in when I saw otherwise. I am very disappointed and will not be returning at all. They should update their website in situations like this because me and my husband waisted valuable time.

Gave this place another chance since my first order was missing an item and it wasn’t a big deal. Now they messed up so bad it baffles me how this place is still in business. Missing items from my order, yet still charged full price. Replaced missing side items without even asking me for something I did not like at all. Chicken was not fully cooked it looks like they just plopped it on the grill or whatever and took it off immediately. No communication of any kind to apologize or to explain why the order is inaccurate.

I love Boston market, this location does not. They are often closed without any indication, or they are “open” with no chicken for 90 minutes. Tired of feeling stupid waiting without any sign. Can’t you guys at least put up a closed sign???

What a great place for a quick lunch or dinner. They have turkey prime rib s meatloaf is entrees tons of sides. They even have chicken noodle soup. They’re cornbread is great. They have desserts which would include cookies and cakes and pies. The service is fast and friendly. One sad note they do not serve him anymore. It was reasonably priced and very tasty.p
