Disgusting!!! I didn’t even order food just a caramel frappe. One big drink of it I was pulling over at the gas station next to Walmart throwing up. I’ve been sick for two hours now. There were clumps in my frappe. I also ordered my 1 year old a happy meal and got him chocolate milk. That was ALSO EXPIRED!!!! Luckily he didn’t drink it yet. I made my friend go in and get me a refund. I was too sick to even walk in. Never will go here again.

The 15th of July my husband and I and 3 grandkids ordered food at drive-thru for convenience. Waited about 15 minutes to get to window. Got 3 drinks, happy meals and burgers. They almost forgot fries and a sandwich but husband noticed. Was headed out to rd. and realized didnt get happy meal drinks so went to speaker and informed them. was told to come inside. Told them I could not , to bring them to my car. Went parked , 3 young employees come out yelling, 1 slapping plastic cups together and screaming” What’s your proplem? You cant fix your own drinks? Did you pay? and continues to babble!” The other 2 girls tried to shut her up, and in the store behind them a guy was acting like he was wanting to get involved. Finally she brought the 2 little drinks, not too happy and ran her mouth all the way back in. If she would have done her job right the first time this would not have happened! People go thru drive-thru so they dont have to go in. They caused all the commotion and my grands witnessed it. Mc Donalds needs to have some kind of training to teach them to have respect for customers , obviously, they weren’ t taught morals nor respect at home.

I have to say, I have posted negative reviews in past about their drive through service. It has been bad reviews. I have to give them good reviews now,because past several times I have been there has been great. I use to have to walk inside to get something they didn’t put in bag. Make sure to ask for more than one pickle. Severely understaffed as a result of poor upper level management. This place needs help. Great customer service from the staff though, it’s not their fault they are being exploited.
