Service was awesome! Our server was on top of everything, but. We ordered a specialty pizza, and asked for an additional topping. We were not told that changes the cost from “specialty pizza” to “build your own” which was over a $8 difference when the extra topping should have been only $3. Also, when we asked the price of soft drinks, we were charged a different price as well. Besides that, the pizza was filling, but not very flavorful. The appetizers sampler was pretty good, except for the garlic cheese bread, which had an off taste. Their ice alters the taste of any soft drink as well. This is just my opinion though.

First time trying Chicago pizza! The crust of the deep dish pizza was light and crispy and the overall taste was phenomenal, our waitress Sarah was amazingly sweet and attentive! There is a little bit of a wait when it comes to the pizza but it is well worth it! Would recommend this place 100%!

Tried the Giordano’s Deep Dish Pizza (Stuffed Veggie)for the very first time and it was so well cooked. So different. I hope the Tomato sauce was a bit less, then it would have been appropriate. They should infact let the customers add the sauces, dips etc. like oregano or chilli flakes depending upon their taste and preferences.

The atmosphere is great. The wings are fantastic and their pizza is in a league of it’s own. Me and the Mrs have been dining here at Giordano’s for a very long time and we only had great experiences from the staff all the way down to the last bite of our food.

Ordered a medium pizza on the phone and I got a deep dish because the lady who took my order was not paying attention. She asked me for my order twice and got it wrong anyway. Then I told her it was wrong and she said that’s what you ordered without apologizing. Like it’s your job to ask what type of pizza. If I wanted deep dish I would of asked for deep dish but I didn’t. No one eats deep dish at my home. What a waste of $31. The pizza is not even cooked well and it’s cut horribly. My autistic son almost threw up when I tried to give it to him.

Ryan M was wonderful, and very attentive! We had mozzarella triangles and a small cheese deep dish (this is the perfect size for 2)! They serve alcohol, which is nice but they also offer regular fountain sodas or water. We were seated quickly, and got the appetizer quickly. Deep dish def requires a bit of cook time but I didn’t mind chatting while we waited!

This was a small Chicago deep dish pizza and it was so filling. Their food is so DELICIOUS but we couldn’t eat it all. The waitresses were so friendly. We ordered ahead of time, so once we got there our wait wasn’t as long. We dined in and loved the atmosphere.
