Dominoes in general is pretty bad when it comes to honoring their out in 2 minute’s or less curbside pick-up. Today they stopped the 2 minute countdown with 1 minute and 17 seconds remaining but it took another 2 or 3 minutes to bring out the items I ordered.

This store is ran by young kids. Something As simple as putting the garlic crust is always forgotten. It takes second to pour it on the pizza are you kidding me? It’s every time I order this happens and I ordered delivery today. Last time I ordered carry out & I asked them to please don’t forget to put the garlic sauce on the crust and when I went to pick it up they still forgot.

I ordered qty 2, 3 topping pizzas…….the order was correct, didnt take too long, staff were pleasant and professional…….but seriously, this order and about the last 4 times have had rather skimpy toppings. Other than the pepperoni on 1 of the pizzas, you really have to struggle to get all 3 toppings on a slice. Im not sure why the toppings were so light, but see the pics for yourself. Everything was great except for the quantity of the toppings.

Recently ordered and got the wrong pasta bowl. We did not realize until we got home. We called and were on hold for 50 minutes before giving up. They do not answer their phone. This was a Thursday evening at 530pm, not super busy yet. Very disappointed.

I put in for a delivery and yes I did order what I thought was boneless wings. Tried calling but was on hold until I got to the store. Explained how I thought I ordered boneless wings and was told I ordered the wrong thing. As far as I know customer always right. I admit I did order the wrong thing and offered to pay the difference for the right thing. So the young lady at the counter Explained my wrong who only go by the name Jay. She went and got the manager on duty and I explained to him my mistake and ask if he could correct it with me paying the difference for what I really wanted. He stated that he wasn’t and I had to buy a new order of wings. I asked him to refund me and he refused Yesire stated that domino’s don’t do refunds. I asked him to show me where it say no refund he could not. I ordered the wings I wanted and while waiting I observed the manager wash his Hans with a quick soap and rinse not even 10 seconds. They lady Jay took the trash can and pushed it to brush the cut table off and continued fixing orders without even washing her hands after touching the trashcan. They refused to give me the young lady real name. Nobody that was working had on plastic gloves. I’m disappointed in the service yes I made a mistake I’m human even in the hood they would have made it right

They got my order wrong again. The delivery guy doesn’t even talk to you when he delivers your food. All he does is open the bag and you have to pull out your own food. Tried to call them to get my order fixed. They don’t even answer the phone. I will never order from Domino’s ever again. Terrible customer service and mid food.
