After a fascinating time at the downtown Winterfest we were looking for a nearby place to have a sit down dinner. We started walking to our parking spot and noticed the Barrio. Initially we thought it was just a bar. We decided to check it out and noticed a food menu. We were there already and were hungry and decided to try.

The food was delicious. I had the Hawaiian sandwich along with a tequila mojito. Bus girl Berta was on point she brought drinks made drinks and even setup and cleaned the table afterwards. Atmosphere was great as well since it’s in the downtown area plus parking was good as well.

Hands down one of the best restaurants I’ve been too lately. The food was amazing and the drinks were on point. We didn’t need to wait long for our food or drinks. The relaxed ambiance was also great. Our server, Jose provided the best service as well. Definitely recommend.

Great service. Great food. 100% recommend eating here. Reservations are not required as you can seat yourself. Pay in cash or you are charged a 5% fee. Fidel did taste like spaghettios. Other than that, perfect meals.

I love this place!! Barrios has an amazing experience you can’t pass up! The shrimp cocktail is the best I’ve had in El Paso, the salsa and other dishes were also beyond impressive. The atmosphere is great, and the service was top-notch – from the bartenders, waitresses, even the owner made sure everything was perfect without overdoing it. Whether you’re looking for a filling lunch, date night, or just a great drink and meal, I highly recommend giving Barrios a visit. You won’t regret it!
