My wife and I have been buying from this company for 20 years. Very seldom do we have any major problems the store in Lakewood Ranch by Publix however it basically didn’t get anything right and when I called I certainly do not need to hear that the problem is they were busy? I always ask for a thin crust and Chicago square cut and instead I got regular cut and it was very crispy almost burnt so I will never go back to that place I’ll go to other places that really care about their customer and I was a good customer

We finally have our very own Papa Johns in this area. This Papa Johns is far superior to the Pizza Hut that used to be at the same address. I much prefer the Papa Johns pizza sauce and dough and those new Papadias.

He’s very cautiously, rude. Young lady decided to admonish me for getting a Coke out of the Coke for free that was accessible to customers. Even after she saw that I was placing them on the counter to be run up. She went to a three minute diatribe about how I should next time keep in mind that I should not be getting my own Coke out of the refrigerator because there are thieves. This made me feel as if I was being told I have the potential to be a thief which I find very offensive. If this goth girl can’t see the significance of addressing that to people who don’t put the coats on the counter in front of her cash register then maybe she’s in the wrong job that was uncalled for and not appreciate it at all.

Ordered 5 large pizzas in a variety of toppings and crust types and they were great. My experience with their competitor down the road was awful. These were tasty and not over-salted either. Keep up the quality!

I got to say the employees and manager made it right. I did not receive my 2 litter Pepsi on my delivery. I called them up and they sent one right back out with a hot fresh pizza. Thanks A+ customer service
