After a long wait parked next to the drive-thru area, we finally got our order. Hot fries and very sad burgers. I had been looking forward to trying the new wickles pickles burger. Big let down it was just a burger with 3 small pickles on it. And a few fried pieces of…. something similar in texture to the fried onions for green bean casserole. Disappointed in all but the hot fries we were apparently parked there waiting on.

The food is pretty good but they can’t seem to get an order right to save their lives. I love paying for six biscuits, being told they don’t have something I ordered after I already payed for it, and then being shorted by two biscuits. Terrible service, next time I’ll go to McDonald’s which is generally leaps and bounds better than Jack’s in this town. Thanks for taking my money, giving me the wrong food, and shorting my order.

Jacks usually has great service and the food is usually amazing but this last time I came in the chicken tasted just like KFC and that is why I go to Jacks. Which is to get away from KFC chicken so don’t know what that was about but definitely greasier then usual. The service was still good but the chicken was off.

Restaurant was absolutely disgusting. Zero clean tables. Trash all over the floor. Food was cold. NONE of the kitchen crew was wearing gloves. I could have knocked someone out with my biscuit. Terrible place to eat!!!! Hire some real management & get it together!!!! As a former manager of another establishment, everyone of the staff tonight would have been wrote up!!

Got a BLT, if there was mayo on it (which I did order) I couldn’t taste it or see it…the lettuce was chopped lettuce that kept falling out of the sandwich (whole leaves should be used) and only one little slice of tomato, not to mention they used chopped bacon as well. If I am going to pay almost 7 dollars for a sandwich with extra bacon…at least make it right.
