The food wasn’t good an my sweet tea tasted like fish water. The bathrooms need to stay unlocked besides being pregnant there were multiple people needing to use the bathroom having to wait to be individually let in during rush hr lunch hr.

It wasn’t very clean. I hate it when your shoes stick to the floor. I ordered a sausage McMuffin meal, it was edible. I don’t think I’ll come back to this location. However, it wasn’t too busy, my food was ready pretty fast, it was 9am. And you have to place an online order or use the kiosk in the restaurant.

Iced tea tastes like fish tank water, Quarter pounder was slightly undercooked, bathrooms had zero soap and large fries were literally half full at best. Absolutely terrible experience.

The store is ran by rude people they have security who talks down to homeless people they don’t give you napkins ketchup and for breakfast they give you one jelly and charge for more you have to literally show them your receipt to use washroom. Food is horrible cold and your order sits there for 5 minutes before they even call your ticket number.

Lobby was a mess, tables were filthy, Manager or Shift leader had a very nasty attitude, restrooms were non operational, service sucks, took 5 minutes to be waited on, was told that the registers were taking cash only, if you’re paying with credit use kiosk, I waited 7 minutes for my food, and was disappointed to the fact that they gave me new nuggets mixed with old nuggets, the security guard was on his phone for the duration of my visit, the restaurant closes at 8pm according to the McDonald’s web site, Manager closed store at 4:30pm, I highly do not recommend this McDonald’s unless you want nasty service and food, I’m just saying.

If you’re dining in, you gotta wear a mask and have your vaccine card with Illinois I.D. ready. Also bring your own napkin, plastic spoon, plastic fork if you’re dining in. Homeless people hang out inside, some not wearing a mask, and the security guard wears his mask below his nose, big no-no.
