Food was cold and had clearly been sitting a long time, went back through The drive through and politely asked for fresh fries. I was given the same old stale fries that clearly been redipped in grease. I hope they shut this location down because they are always being trifling with people food.

The workers were nice but the food quality could be better. I got two 4 piece chicken strip meals, one with a picnic size Cajun fry and the other with mashed potatoes and gravy. Both came with a small unseasoned fry. When I told the workers they gave me a container that was supposed to have the mashed potatoes in it. When I opened it there was only gravy.

Great first experience at this Bojangles! Took a little while to get food after ordering but drive through attendant was polite and apologetic. He even gave my friend and I extra chicken tenders as an acknowledgement for the extra long wait. Chicken was fair and the fries were an absolute hit. Will be coming back for sure.

We were excited that a new location was built near our home instead of traveling 5 Miles out of the way. The problem is everything we choose to go there something is short or missing. Two weeks ago we ordered a salad, we paid for the order and get to the window and there are no salads and instead of giving us a refund the cashier tries to offer us chicken tenders because the line behind us too long. Next, we have had missing and wrong food items. And today we tried to order a wing dinner and was told that it would be get this a two hour wait. At this brand new location , you have managers that don’t know the procedures for refunds, cashiers with poor customer service and again I didn’t mention other incidents where the service was not even worth one star. Bummer..

I’ve been to this location a couple of times and went inside. Both times the wait in line were unacceptable. I wrote it off to a new restaurant trying to get their bearings. Was thinking about going now and decided to read the reviews. Nope, something is obviously wrong at this location. Corporate needs to close it down and start over or tear it down. Now I know why I don’t see cars there in the middle of the day. When we have options, we don’t need to accept bad service and bad food.

New location store windows clean drive thru window disgusting, dirty, sticky looking, smudges everywhere. Horrendous customer service, downright rude drive thru employee, coworkers in the back shouting. no welcome or greeting when I pulled up only ” what can I get you” employee pretended not to hear my order so after shouting it by the 3rd time she shouts back “I HEARD YOU THE FIRST TIME”, never repeated it back or gave me a total. 20 seconds after sitting at the drive thru menu she says ” what can I get you” I then asked if she got my order (not for me picking up for g-ma). She says “just pull around”. The employee that greeted me at the window was not the same employee who took the order. At the window the employee was pleasant in the background was a lot of laughter and shouting carrying on. I will never again patronage this establishment not even for g-ma.

This place is managed by an incompetent manager. They had no food at 6 pm and said they were about to close. Even though the sign said they closed at 10. I’m not sure who franchised that location but they must be taking huge losses.

This morning I was greeted very politely when my food came out it wasn’t as ordered or fresh BUT THEY REDID THE ORDER & EVERYTHING WAS FRESH & DELICIOUS!! The STAFF MEMBER NAMED KEE WAS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! Great Job BOJANGLES!!!
