Waiter was prompt, food was served within a reasonable time. They didn’t have milk at the time so we could not have chocolate con queso. The food and portions were otherwise good. However they weren’t able to split our check and they didn’t give us a reason why. I did really like how the inside of the restaurant looked.

Service was good. Both of us had the Bandeja Paisa. Everything was good, except for the tough steak. It was hard to cut with a knife and even harder to tear with your hands. Wasn’t so annoyed until I get the bill and they added what they call an auto gratuity for 18%. I usually tip in restaurants and this is my first time encountering such a thing so it was annoying that they take it upon themselves to add a gratuity. Probably won’t go back for that reason alone.

Best Colombian food in Chicago! I come here with my wife all the time and it never disappoints. We recommend the churrasco, bandeja paisa, and of course those delicious empanadas! The servers are quick and very accommodating to our requests. The live music is also a great atmosphere on the weekends.

1st time here. Food was delicious. Service was so so so terrible. Our server took our orders and then disappeared… Bus boy brought my boyfriend’s food and said mine would be coming. 30 minutes pass, he already ate his food and mine was nowhere yet. NOBODY checked on us in this time until I stopped the bus boy and asked if he could check on my food. A different server comes and asks what I ordered. 15 mins later, brings me something completely different. I let her know this wasn’t what I ordered and waited another 20 minutes for my food. Ate by myself since my boyfriend had already eaten. When we get the bill I ask if there is any discount that can be given because of the terrible experience. Like who goes to a restaurant expecting to eat at a whole different time than their partner. Soooooo awkward. Guess what our discount was? $4. Simply pathetic. Only discount we ended up getting was from not tipping. Please be more attentive, as a server, if you forget to put someone’s food in, you MAKE UP FOR IT! And everyone should know not to deliver food until ALL of the guest’s meals are ready… Again, food is great but there are other restaurants of the same genre and once was enough /: ~$40 per person and this was my experience.
