This is our second time ordering since moving to this area. This store is the one that pops up for delivery to our house. The first time we ordered it looked like this photo, with all the toppings piled up in the middle. We thought that was why our pizza was completely RAW, even through the majority of the crust. Tonight, ingredients were piled in the middle our stuffed crust pizza, again. Tonight’s pizza seemed to still be undercooked in a weird way. The bottom crust ( center where the toppings are) was less than 1/16″ thick….thin. When we picked up a piece it flopped down like wet noodle, everything fell right off. The bottom looks browned, however, its not cooked. Honestly, I am new to ordering at this store and after a second chance a month or so apart it will be my last time. It’s not 11 pm and we are still hungry. The girl who answered refunded it but wasn’t kind, seemed more annoyed that I wasted her time and didn’t even say bye when hanging up. It seems like they don’t care with the simplest of tasks; making sure the crust isn’t paper thin, spreading out the toppings (NO ONE WANTS EVERYTHING PILED IN THE MIDDLE), saying their name and “How can I help you?”, showing any kind of care, or even saying goodbye. Papa John’s is usually one of my favorite places to order quick pizza delivery, but I would steer clear of this store unless you see recent positive reviews. Raw pizza isn’t cool, regardless of a refund, we just want to eat. Hopefully, these 2 times are a fluke, but we won’t be giving it a third try.

3rd time we’ve ordered from here and either did not receive our food or received the wrong order. It’s always an excuse….new driver or some other poor excuse. Save yourself the 1-2 hour long wait with wrong food. Horrible location

Steer clear of delivery from this store. It’s a shame that this one delivers to the north providence area. It will be late, it will be lukewarm at best, and don’t DARE order a gluten free from this location. You will be enjoying a room temperature soggy piece of cardboard if so.

No no no. Don’t order delivery from this location. They were 45 minutes late, never called us to even ask where our house was (we live on the same road) and then when they finally got to us the delivery driver was holding the pizza upside down! At that point it was an hour late and blamed us for not finding our house. Not to mention the driver asked us for gas money because they couldn’t find our house. We over tipped on this delivery order as well.

This is completely Garden mess! not Garden fresh!!! Then I called the store they telling me that’s not the store I order from when that’s the last number on my color ID the only store I call that’s near The job site that’s delivering until 1 AM!! Because I don’t know what I’m talking about!! The only number of called to deliver food and they deliver me a mess and never went by the deliver instructions!!! Never in my life again they will always be at the bottom of my list!!

Too slow. Lame excuses. Shut this store down. You could go to grocery store, get a pizza, cook it yourself, eat it, before your delivery arrives. Took 2 hours for delivery, 2 hours. Arrived cold.

After 45 minutes of putting in an order, I call to check on because it was already 25 minutes behind. They say it needs 20 minutes or more, meaning the order was not placed. I was staying only 0.5 miles away from that branch meaning it takes 3 minutes to deliver. I asked to cancel and they happily welcomed my decision. No effort to make it right. Corporate America, train your staff, pay your staff, or hire better staff. Get out of your Covid posture. No more Papa Johns for me.

AVOID THIS LOCATION AT ALL COSTS. THEY DO NOT DESERVE YOUR MONEY. We have literally never been happy with ordering from here but we keep giving them chances because we like the company as a whole. Last chance happened tonight. We have had raw pizza, 2.5 hour delivery time pizza, pizza cut into who only knows what shapes, cold pizza, wrong pizza, missing pizza, missing credit for missing pizza and rude managers. Now we just get a call after an hour that our pizza will not be ready for another hour and asking if we want to cancel OR WAIT UNTIL 1:30AM FOR ONE SINGLE PIZZA TO BE DELIVERED 5 MINUTES AWAY. WE ARE DONE. NEVER AGAIN.
