Went here as many times to determine my review will be consistent & IT’S YES!!!!!! I’ve been eating mongolian grill however, this is the Only Branch, Staffs especially the cashier who always serves me are rude, no smile always telling to all customers no pressing ingredients nor using hands and it always end up a very very bland food. In all Mongolian grill except here they don’t have this kind of attitude. Also, they’re giving you a chili oil that has no oil ~ all seeds Food here is very very expensive even with their own coupons. Customer service here is always very very POOR I DON’T EVER RECOMMEND AT ALL THIS TO ANYONE

Food is always fresh. We can eat as much as we want and it’s always so delicious. Only issue I have is that there are no free refills on drinks which is fine But when you ask them for something extra they get a little annoyed. But we have been coming here for years and are always satisfied and pleased overall.

Foods great sometimes. Used to tip really well with the old staff because they were laid back and not uptight, not anymore. Just go there for the food. I’m good at stacking my bowl, but they stand acting like the food comes out their pocket. For 20 bucks I’m sure they still make a profit. Don’t be mad at the player. Be mad at the game. They have a bad attitude and never smile. If they don’t like there job then why are they working there. The Mongolian BBQ at the west Covina mall is excellent . I’ve bin wanting to go to the one in Victoria garden as well. Pretty much anywhere but here. I just go here cuz it’s closest and I dont tip anymore.

Me and my wife pass by this place. Numerous of times. Never stop and then yesterday stopped in and got 2 bowls. We loved it and then we got home our kids ate the rest of it from us so we came back again today excellent excellent food

Very disappointing. I use to come here all the time, but when I recently went there wasn’t a lot of sauce options anymore, they’re very stingy with the noodles and the food was terribly bland. I will not be eating here anymore and it was a waste of my $15.

This place used to be a wonderful establishment but they have ruined it tremendously. The idea where you can only have a set amount of meat gets rid of the whole uniqueness of the place and why we used to come. I find no driving reason to come down here anymore compared to a totally different place. Also the lack of options of the added food they have gotten rid tofu and a lack of sauces. All and all they have ruined the entire reason to come here.
