A good local place. Very good food, adequate service, plenty of parking. We went on a Friday night and it was crowded. Make a reservation. Good selection of specials. I had the blackened grouper with shrimp risotto. Excellent. Reasonable prices. Limited wine list. Very good piano player that night.

It has been a few years since we ate here and we were looking forward to an enjoyable experience. Unfortunately, it did not turn out that way My wife ordered the perch it came out warm, not hot, that was the first bad sign. It was overcooked and chewy. I had the lamb, it was just okay. The waitress did offer to bring out a new order of perch, but we declined worried that it would be just like the first. When the bill came the perch dinner was on there, we told her to remove it. Instead she charged full price for a baked potato and a side salad. So the perch was worth $4.50? Save your time and go somewhere else. This was sadly a disappointing experience.

Kens was my families favorite restaurant. I haven’t been there since my mom passed. It brought back many memories. The food was delicious as per my memories. I just wish they gave more pizza bread and cucumber salad!! Oyster rockerfeller, orange roughy and 14oz strip steak

Food is just okay. The venue is old looking and oysters are horrible…too much breading, no flavor. No garlic bread but serve pasta dishes. They don’t serve lollipop lamb chops but the lamb lion chops. Also they didn’t have the full order of oysters so they asked if I wanted a substitute for the shortage. I declined the clams as a substitute but still got charged full price! Poor service for no accommodation for shortage or a favorable substitute. Also, the baked potato had a weird after taste, like it was previously frozen, it definitely wasn’t fresh. Don’t waste your time!

The restaurant was great!!!! Friendly and cozy atmosphere. The waitress was polite, courteous, and professional. She helped us decide on a great meal since it was our first time there. The food was delicious!!!! This restaurant is definitely a staple in Beverly. Kudos to the staff and especially the waitress.

The staff and service were wonderful. Our reservation number changed a couple times and the people I talked to with each change were very pleasant and accommodating. There were a few larger groups in the dining room with us and the atmosphere was so pleasant and fun. There was a group that sang to all the special occasions that were celebrated.
