zero stars I placed an order online for carry out picked it up and everything was fine once I got home and opened it the pizza had a roach I thought it was a piece of Italian sausage at first that was rolling nope it wasn’t called to complain and went straight to voicemail after trying couple times they picked up and said nothing like if they picked up the phone and left it on the counter tried again and no answer leaving me with no solution but to complain here and leave nasty review horrible sanitation and customer service

If I could give it zero stars I would little Cesar’s mines rd has the worst customer service they told me a fancy pepperoni would take 15 min but a regular pizza would take 6min so I agreed on the regular and was asked to park in front of the store as I was waiting I could see the cars that had been in back of me getting their pizza after 15min of waiting I get down and advise the manager that I had been waiting for my pizza and was witnessing them give pizza to the vehicles that were behind me and all the manager could say was she was sorry the customers that were before me were very upset as well and advised that they had witnessed them handing out pizza in the drive thru while we were still waiting on our pizzas I witnessed the employees playing around and using their airbuds I hope the owner of this location trains the staff better or hires more experienced employees before he/she starts losing business as for me I will start going to another location

They don’t have someone attending walk in customers. They should have someone that is ready to attend customers that walk in, not just the drive through. Also, they haven’t opened their dining area….. so you can’t dine-in
