One of my favorite patios in Chicago has reopened! I tried something new the molcajete (sp?) and it’s my new go to–amazing! The only down side is the patio is not dog friendly, hopefully management wakes up and realizes how many dog owners are in the hood.

This place has the coolest patio and such a great location. The food and drinks have been TERRIBLE for as long as I can remember. Guys, if you just got new food vendors and improved your well liquors, you would be completely packed Thursday through Sunday. Please make some improvements! (Also, no dogs is a crazy move for a patio.)

We dined on the outdoor patio and LOVED the patio vibes, and we enjoyed our drinks, however the food was sub-par, especially for the price. The water glasses at our table were dirty, and even when the waitress replaced them, the replacement ones were dirty as well. However, I will say the food service was insanely fast and we got our food literally 5 minutes after ordering. If we ever come here again, it would be just to enjoy a drink on the patio.

The chips and salsa came in little 1 ounce or 2 ounce plastic cups. They give one per person. The salsa is very good but not nearly enough. It’s hard to dip the chips in those little cups. I understand they started this during the pandemic, but it’s time to get rid of them. I asked the waiter for a bowl to pour the salsa in, he agreed but then never brought one. The chips were a bit stale.

I gave it a 3 just because the property is ok and the staff very accommodating. The food was bad though. I have said out loud before that it’s impossible to mess up guacamole, Las Fuentes showed me it is possible.

Place is cute! Came on a Friday at 430 and left when they closed haha! The outside patio is super cute and is pretty big. Lots of seating! When I got there there was only me and my friend and another table of two people. I was like… “and we needed a reservation???” But then as the night progressed, I saw why… it definitely filled up and was busy! I had the mezcal margaritas the whole night. Definitely delicious! Very sweat but delicious. The food was great! Service was great until they got busy but that was understandable. Would definitely go back!

I went there for dinner and they had really lovely and sweet hostesses but our server was the worst person I’ve ever met, her attitude sucks and i think she was the manager and her attitude with her coworkers was horrible. I really felt bad!
