Well, it’s McDonald’s. The main reason we went was because we heard that in Hawaii, they have Spam on the menu. I know, Spam. Apparently it is only during a breakfast dish served with eggs. We were there a little after lunch time so it was not on the menu. This was also the first time I had been to a McDonald’s in maybe 9-10 years. Well, the Quarter Pounder with cheese still tastes the same! I suppose I would give it 5 stars for being a McDonald’s, except I found it quite annoying that I had to have an employee unlocked the bathrooms just to go. That’s just not right. Other than that, the people were friendly the food hot and fresh and it was a newer McDonald’s. I suppose if you are in Hawaii on the island of Maui and you need to eat a good quick meal, Then this will fit the bill just fine.

Awesome food, really nice staff and great atmosphere. I went for a take out which was quick and hassle-free. Loved the service of Macdonalds. For a quick meal it is probably the best option near a busy touristy area if you’re in a hurry.

OMG . Truly one of the worst ever McDonald’s experiences every time I go in. The rudest employees (probably because they are tired of the drunks that are daily living on the edges of the drive through exit) but on all.. they fricking suck there. Only one of the managers is worth a big raise there. The rest need to go eat ambergris. Good luck if you need to go there!!

They wanted me to pay 83 cents for bbq sauce which is ridiculous in my opinion. The parking lot is not situated well at all. The fries and chicken sandwich were soggy. I’ll give them a 2nd star since the Big Mac was really good but I don’t get the pricing for bbq sauce.

Incredibly rude staff. Couldn’t even believe it. Food made my husband and son feel sick the rest of the night. Cold fries. Took back a sauce when I asked for a different one. Like, what? Could go on and on but you get the idea. Terrible all around.

We don’t expect much when going to fast food; nor are we hard to please… But the service here was shockingly bad. My mom from the mainland wanted to treat her grandkids to McDs and this team of workers was so awful it’s weird/ embarrassing to even type out the details.

the girl in the drive through was being rude. we told her there was no buffalo sauce in the bag and repeated to us there was after we checked and there wasn’t. she refused to give us the buffalo sauce that we ordered. rude!!

Went here after church and spent $55 for 4 people. Never have I ever spent that much at a McDonald’s. Then they won’t even refill your soda you just paid $5 for. Then you go to your car and have sketchy people in the parking lot.

Clean and relatively up to date, this Mickey D’s is nothing special. While the parking lot is small there is usually abundant spaces if you want to venture inside. They have the fancy automatic order device so you can avoid the human contact so many find uncomfortable.
