I have found that this particular pizza hut tends to use old dough that has sat out too long and several times my pizza tasted like cinnamon sticks. Which is fine if you like cinnamon flavored pizza or pizza flavored cinnamon sticks. I for one will not shop here again til this is fixed.

70 something dollars for pizzas with EXTRA cheese and EXTRA cheese again, and PAID for it and got nothing but colored bread with a few mushrooms. One thing about Amory, Ms. U cant get a good pizza anywhere. And paying for the extra topping s here is just a total waste of money.

Sssooooo I asked for a thin crust half and half pizza. Was suppose to have bacon chicken and tomato on one half. I’m assuming thasts what the chared chunks are? Today they get a two star cuz the rest of the order was okay. Tomatoes should be red not black.

we picked up the order and got home to realize our pizza was swapped with someone else’s. We called and they said that we could come back and they would make it right, but they couldn’t send out drivers for free. So we make the trip back and try to give them the receipt and say we just called them about getting the order wrong and the woman said we needed to bring the wrong pizza so they could void it. Now after a third time driving back we go inside and finally get the order we originally ordered after almost 2 hours. We would have brought the wrong pizza back if we were told, but we just assumed that in the food industry that they were not allowed to take orders back after passing them out. We witnessed about 4 other pizzas sent back to the them for being wrong also.

I ordered online. I received confirmation order was ready. A few minutes later we drove up to the window and the cashier told us it lacked a few minutes to pull up front and she would bring us our order. About ten minutes later I walked in and the employee making the pizzas asked me could he help me and I told him my name. He went and picked my pizza up at the window which was not being kept warm and the cashier was talking to another customer that had walked in to make a order while we were waiting outside.

Well, I don’t believe it’s all Pizza Huts fault. I understand most all businesses are extremely short staffed. I wouldn’t recommend for the extremely Long wait time. I ordered online, which says “it will be ready in 15 minutes” and tried to pick up 30 minutes later. Didn’t exactly go as planned. We arrived at Pizza Hut to sit in the drive through lane for another 25 mins just to get to the window for the employee to tell us our order will be coming out of the oven next. We sat at the window for another 15 minutes and we got our order. I’m not upset with pizza hut or the employees but you guys need to have a real time tracker or something similar that lets us know the progression of the order. We could have been doing something more productive for that hour of waiting around.

When I order online at one town and then show up and they tell me that they “turned online off” and that my order was sent to another town and I need to go there to get it, keep in mind it was paid for online also. So I head farther from home to pick up pizza for MY Birthday dinner. Get there and they have the whole order (3 pizzas and 2 orders of cheese breadsticks) in ONE of those hot bags. When I get home and open the pizza on the bottom of the stack, I find that 85% of the cheese on cheese pizza is stuck to the box top. So I guess I really got two edible pizzas that were cold by the time I got home from having to go to another town to get them (40 minutes from my house). All around EXTREMELY disappointed. I like Pizza Hut, my wife likes Pizza Hut. I have no interest in going back. I guess we will have to settle for Hunt Brothers at the gas station, at least it is hot and in town! Place is a joke! Tell u it will be 35 / 40 minutes show up and pay then can’t tell u when it will be ready ! To pull up front and go in ! Went in had to listen to Nate and christin argue about refunds ! Told him to stop giving refunds out ! I finally got to ask about my pizza and lo and behold haven’t even made it ! After watching this circus I only saw one pizza being made ! This place needs a cleaning and a total make over or SHUT IT DOWN

Update: not sure why i gave it another chance. It didn’t seem like the few people working today knew what they were doing. Our order took twice as long as the time quoted when we ordered and when we tried to pick it up….. there were people trying to get there orders straightened out and nobody seemed to know what they were doing.
