He hired two young black girls and the service is trash! The quality of the food is trash! I paid $14.99 for a cold burger wrapped in aluminum foil, no fries. They don’t tell you fries is not included.The customer service is trash! The place smells like spoiled fish! Will not be back!

The owner Sam is very friendly and the food we ordered was hot and fresh. The chicken tenders were seasoned to perfection. I would say the same of the chicken wings, thighs and legs. Tried the catfish too, delicious. No seating, just order and go, you can also call and order for pickup. Enjoy!

Called my order in and the owner said 20 mins now if I walk in and placed my order that would be fine but after 20 mins I walk in and you are just starting to cook my order and tell me it’s another 15 mins unacceptable customer service, I told him forget that order and walked out, I refuse to be treated when spending my hard earned money the food is usually good but when you have bad customer service I can’t stomach it. Never again I liked it cause it’s right next door to my apartment building, but I will go out of my way to not patronize this store

This place is listed on DoorDash as “Sharks” but it is NOT a traditional sharks franchise! I had to Google the address just to see what would pop up! I see it was Whales Fish & Chicken and now it’s listed under “SHAARKS” on Google. Wings were tiny, perch tasteless. There was no lemon pepper, I received plain oily fries (we all know how actual sharks fries taste) no slaw/bread and the food did not come in the usual sharks paper baggy w/ logo. My only assumption is they changed names to attract business. 0/10 recommend! $30 wasted!

If I could rate this zero, I would. The food is horrible. My onion rings were burnt, the food has no flavour and the same person who cash prepares the food. Only one person working in the establishment. The wait time was forever. Everything about this place was horrible.
