This is the worst Pizza Hut I’ve ever had to encounter. The staff is horrible, no customer service nasty attitudes and DIRTY STREET CLOTHES. Prices are ridiculous, I personally wish they would close this location down. It serves no purpose to OUR community or neighborhood. When an employee tells a customer they don’t have to come in, go to another location. They deserve NO STARS.

This is the WORST location I have ever went to. I asked for Parmesan cheese and got 1 packet and was told that was all he was allow to give out. He was so rude and unpleasant. My wings were fried to rubber! Absolutely not zeros across the board. Please hire new staff. He was fixing pizzas with his bare hands… no gloves!

My pizza was delivered almost two hours after it was ordered online. When I received my pizza, it was cold and the hot sauce from the wings were spilled all over my breadsticks and pizza. My children weren’t able to eat the any of the breadsticks and sliced of pizza with the sauce on it.

I ordered the new pizza melts for a few of my students. We all enjoyed them. They were made fresh and they were so good I had them for dinner with my family. Highly recommend the location on 119th and Marshfield plaza.
