Extremely disappointed with the service. I’m not sure whether it was the fact that I was in a law enforcement uniform or the fact that the employee as well as managers don’t care about the service or quality of the food. I went in and the cashier was with her back towards me, she was talking to another employee and both completely ignored me. She turned didn’t even greet and asked in a demeaning tone what I wanted. I told her a #2 the whopper with jalapeños and bacon. She added it was the Texas whopper. I paid 14 plus change to get a cold whopper with only one slice of cheese that was cold and not melted. The bun tasted moldy and the meat tasted cold. No bacon nor jalapeños. Extremely disappointed. The whole experience reminded me of the cold cooked burger from the gas stations that you heat up and at times have a cold spot. Well this experience let me to say that “never again BK.” Whataburger has not let me down so far. Btw: I gave the 14 bucks burger to a stray dog.

2 out of 10 times I stop by they get my order right! So most of the time I have to call the manager and complain that I just paid $14 for a combo and it was WRONG! As soon as I get home. They apologized again and agin but nothing changes. I really do Love BK but maybe before the pandemic not it’s just fading away like any other place.

Restaurant: I ate via drive thru, never expect much via drive thru but food was packed well however like always I received my Coke with spillage so had to clean it to not mess up my car.
