Went in blindly but the owner was wonderful in explaining everything! She even let us try the plantainachos and tequeños on the house because we almoat left. So glad we didn’t! It was amazing!! The shredded beef for the arapes was so tender with lots of flavor, the tequeñas were cheesesticks but with bread, and the plantainachos were addicting!! My non-alcoholic piña colada was absolutely refreshing and the.chocolate shake my son ordered was huge and sooo good! As mentioned by someone else, the only thing was the aguas were a little pricey for the small cup it was served in.

Delicious authentic Venezuelan food. Everything is mostly gluten free which is a huge plus for someone like me with allergies! The staff are all nice and it’s a nice spot for lunch. All the food was so good, especially the sweet plantains and the arepas! We will be back!

The food was good, not great. I probably enjoyed the juices the best actually – definitely try them! The service at the counter was good, she was very friendly & helpful… And patient with us as we tried to figure out what we wanted. The atmosphere was nice, the only reason I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 was because it’s fairly small & wound up getting full. Then once there weren’t any tables available, there were several people opening the door several times a minute & just hovering with the door open… And it just made the entire restaurant hot because they (the patrons) didn’t have enough sense to keep the door closed.

This place is descent, food is descent. But it’s too expensive for what you’re buying. I ordered an empanada, and the empanada was so small that I was shocked it was 3.99 ($4). And I also ordered a pabellón criollo and they didn’t put enough meet, and that plate was almost $15!!!! Like, you can charge whatever you think your food is worth, but hey, please, put enough food and make at least a descent empanada size!!! Service is okay.. sometimes.. not always

It was nice to eat something different for a change. We never had Venezuelan food before so the big appetizer was perfect. Everyone enjoyed the arapes the best. The pork and beef meats are slow cooked and had great flavor. However the meat is on the salty side so be aware if you are sensitive to salt. A few things that could be improved… The drinks were served in very small cups for the price and were to concentrated. We brought them home to water down and enjoyed them after. The tostones needed salt or something. Also, they could have a better description and pictures for their food so you know what you are ordering. Otherwise the place had a nice vibe and the staff was friendly and patient as we decided on what to order. This place is on the return list for sure.

Everything was great. Highly recommended the Bandeja Venezuela Tour: a little bit of everything. Cafe con Leche was authentic and the Parchita (Maracuya) drink was delicious.

I’ve been here multiple times, and their Cachapas never disappoint! It’s like a corn pancake that’s folded in half and has cheese (and meat if you choose) in the middle. It’s savory with a little sweetness. If you want to try Venezuelan food, try this place ❤️
