We had a large group of three generations of family and all left satisfied. Our server was very attentive and patient as we had small children. They featured crayons and a kids menu which had pancakes and a burger depending on whichever mood they were in. I had the breakfast sandwich. It was delicious and the potatoes were too. It ain’t cheap but you wouldn’t expect to be at this hotel. Recommend.

Limited menu but delicious. Highly recommend the Roasted Cauliflower Steak Romesco (the red sauce was so flavorful!) and the Toasted Pecan Cheesecake (rich and bright). Pricy, but comparable to many other hotels and restaurants in the area. Attentive service late in the evening. Big space, although it can get crowded for group events and get noisy in the big open space. This venue attracts a lot of business travelers and events.

My husband and I stayed here for 3 days last week, we loved everything!! The eucalyptus body wash and lotion were top notch! Aromatherapy at its finest! We had breakfast & a late afternoon grazing fest at Woven & Bound, both experiences phenomenal. One of their bartenders made a mojito so good that it reminded us of our honeymoon, nothing compared to that drink until then. It was amazing! The charcuterie board and the chips & guca were exactly what the doctor ordered for afternoon grazing!

Better off going anywhere else in Chicago. Experience started with apathetic hosts. Then it took 5 minutes just to get our water filled, then another 2 minutes before our server came and quietly said “hi.” We gave our order and she walked away. She didn’t say a word when she dropped off my husband’s beer. Salt and pepper shakers were sticky. And there were things on the floor, like a French fry and skewer were nowhere was obviously sat in quite a while. Menu is limited. We started with chips and guac, no plates were given, and the empty bowl wasn’t taken away when our entrees were dropped off. Still wasn’t removed when the server did a robotic check on us. The wings were good and beet/buratta salad was fresh and interesting. Server came and dropped off our check without a word – very unusual. Wouldn’t have been so bad if the service was better. Felt unwelcome the entire time on a very slow Saturday evening.

Great restaurant for hotel guest and open to public! The service is great. The servers are super kind and patient. They will work with you. Of course the prices are on the higher end because this is fine dining. It’s so worth it!

Complete unsatisfied, long wait, expensive, and yet bad food and service. This was the worst burger I’ve ever had for how expensive it was, but at least the fries were amazing. I’d rather just starve than try that again.

Maybe better for dinner. The menu is very limited during lunch and I walked a good distance after seeing pictures of the food. I was excited about a few of the entrees, but the entrees are only available after 5pm. Three of us picked the Wagyu burgers and asked for them to be cooked medium. All burgers were very charred and cooked past well done.

Someone was smoking a cigar which triggered an asthma attack in me. I asked the staff to find the source and ask them to quit. While sympathetic they were skittish about taking action. Needless to say it ruined our experience not to mention our enjoyment of the food which is on the pricier end.
