This has been the third time this place gives me my food cold or not complete, 2 times with Uber eats and the 3 and last was today , i went in person to get my food and I ordered two Nachos with extra beef and extra tomatoes which it looked just like a regular but the thing that discussed me the most was my quesadillas , no cheese AT ALL , almost empty and 5 pieces of cold chicken mixed with beef and pieces of tomatoes, i had to open them after my second bite because it has No FLAVOR AT ALL , really sad !!!! I used to love that place , but is letting taco bell down BIG TIME , NEVER AGAIN , i gave you guys 3 chances and for me to do a bad review it takes a really bad experience.

I wish I could give 0 stars because they deserve less. These people have the worst customer service etiquette. Not only that but for the past 15 years or so that I have frequented this location due to the convenience of it being close to home they always take approximately 30 minutes to give you your food. Now that COVID has happened they make you wait in the line after you’ve made the line and paid to receive your food. They don’t even have the decency to have designated parking spaces. If you live in this area you know what I am saying is true. Absolutely terrible experience every time.

Taco Bell has been a go to for me my whole life. And I rarely leave negative reviews, but this Taco Bell needs to do better. The wait time for my in-store order was nearly 20 minutes, and that was after waiting 15 minutes in line, with a normal amount of foot traffic. Then to top it all off, I got home and my Crunchwrap had no beans or beef. The franchisee/manager of this facility needs to do better: allocate proper staff size for shifts, train the cashier to be responsive and polite, and deliver the food or service that was requested in a timely manner.

They just take way too long. I’ve been in sit-down restaurants where I get my food faster than I do though the drive-through of this T-Bell. They usually do a good job at getting the order right, but the other day I ordered a Crunch Wrap Supreme and they gave me nothing more than a tortilla wrap with lettuce inside of it. I’ve seen other customers get into arguments with them over the wait-time, and they’re extremely unprofessional.

DO NOT COME HERE!!!! This is the worst Taco Bell location there is and if I could give it 0 stars, I would. This is the nearest Taco Bell to my house and have been coming here for years and they mess up your order every single time. Even at times when I go a full hour before closing, they do not serve you fresh food. Doesn’t matter the time of day or the employee on shift, they are all bad. Overall, this is a very poorly ran location with incompetent employees. Avoid at all costs.
