I’ve lived in Richmond for ten years and today was my first visit to Chanello’s. The wings were quite possibly the worst I’ve ever had. They also forgot to put the drinks I paid for in the bag. The subs were mediocre. I’ll spare providing details about the interior of the place.

Simple pizza (Large 1 topping ) took over an hour and we waited patiently. I didn’t even order a drink . This place is very unprofessional I wouldn’t recommend coming here if you are in a rush to eat/go anywhere. They said they lost the pizza . Luckily at the end they refunded it .

I ordered the regular ham sandwich. When it came it was the worst I’ve ever seen. 2 pcs of thin ham meat in that big hoagie bread. The sandwich was wet and soggy. Overpacked with mayo. Lettuce was soggy, tomatoes was soggy also. The bread extremely hard. This was the 2nd time I got a terrible tasting order from them. NO MORE!!! I will NEVER order from them again. The staff (man) that answered the phone was rude. The food is not worth the price, and the taste is horrible. The better bureau of business will be contacted. They ought to be shut down.

Came for a nostalgic visit , and I have to say not again. I’m hoping I dont get food poison if the kitchen is as unclean as the lobby and outside of establishment. Take some pride in your buisness, have pride in where you work. Outside was littered with uneaten food and liquor bottles. Lobby or entrance was littered with paper and someone’s partially eaten food. I guess it’s a good thing this place does delivery, more than anything, you cant see how trashy the place is that prepares your food. If so this place might be out of business. Won’t come back ,was hoping the food would at least allow me to leave a better review but nope.

Great food. Good deals and you can order ahead for delivery or pick up. They have a daily special so I got a 1-topping medium pizza (pepperoni) and added bacon and mushrooms and it came to $11 and change, which was a great deal especially when the pizza was delicious.

Food was still hot like they had just made it when I arrived. I like this location better than the one I use to go to on S. Laburnum. They never fail me. I just left and again my food was well prepared and still smoking hot. The young African American lady was absolutely friendly. Please excuse the description but I don’t know how many ladies were working and she was the only one I could see with that description. Either way she was absolutely great

This place is your local destination for a great pizza. the Chicken BBQ beats everything out there. The chicken is cooked perfectly and the BBQ sauce is Ray’s so you know it is good. The classic cheese pie is the cheapest option but it does not disappoint at all. they deliver or pick up. there is always a side sauce with any size pizza you can choose from. they send you these cute offers via email so you comeback but I am a recurrent customer regardless. Love this place.
