Very slow after 20 minutes in drive up two customers left in front of us. We only wanted ice cream took another ten minutes after they took our money. They need better workers , cleaning and taking numbers and putting out the food. The food gets cold as it just sits there waiting to be served.

Keep in mind this is fast food. My burger is always hot and fresh. The fries have just the right crisp. I had the chicken nuggets the other day. Tender hot and plenty of sauce. This is a good meal in a hurry or not.

My first impression on the outside is that this Burger King needs some TLC, however, on the inside I found it clean, the people very nice, and my food was hot and yummy:). The last 3 times I’ve ordered whoppers w/ cheese. Sure as the sun rises no cheese every time. The fries are always cold. Completely disappointed every time. Corporate needs to step in and straighten this store up. The lady behind us received the same service and didn’t get her money back or an offer to re-make the order. Please corporate step up!!!!!

The place is clean. The food is as expected of any Burger King. The low star rating comes from the soda machine. First, it’s old. There wasn’t enough ice. Some of the sodas didn’t work, and there weren’t many options, especially if looking for lower sugar, caffeine free, NOT soda. I know they aren’t exactly healthy, but having an option like lemonade or vitamin water is really important, especially when you can’t have caffeine. Overall, Burger King has always seemed to be very open about their allergen menu, and I truly appreciate that. I hope this location upgrades their soda machine with more alternatives.

We went to try a new menu item on sale and ended up spending way too much money on fast food. The help was not very fast or friendly. I ended up asking the cashier, rather sarcastically, why she enjoyed her job so much. I’ll skip it next time

We sometimes stop here on our way through. It has always been a nice small town place to go. They made my day today by having my favorite meal, the Texas Whopper. I can’t get it in Cheyenne any more. I can’t have the bun due to celiac. They always make it so fresh and always tastes amazing! They never forget the silverware. I just love the Hispanic guy running the front the last couple of times we have been there. Thanks guys for being so amazing!

2 hours before closing… pulled up to the speaker and asked to wait with 1 car ahead at the window. 15 minutes later, car still at window, no help at the speaker, I drove off. Went across the street to Arbys, got my order and was headed home with that same car still sitting at the BK window. I’ve been told twice at night, “it was slow so I sent people home”. Try following the set schedule.

The cashier working on the 17th Louis, was extremely friendly and helpful. I came in to the store with nothing but spare change and when i bought a sausage biscuit for a 1.06 i was going to count out my bigger coins and he he counted out a whole entire dollar and six cents worth of my pennies and told me that he was doing that to help me with some of the weight i had been carrying from all of the pennies. I was very impressed with how courteous he was. He also made my day thanks Louis.
