Literally the worst food and customer service known to man. The high ratings are an absolute lie!! I ordered a chicken on pita. The chicken on pita was the worst! The chicken was not fresh and it was spoiled. I called the restaurant and the guy told me that the chicken is marinated and he just had it that morning.

I stopped going to this location bcuz the food wasn’t good to me and the service was terrible, but I messed up and decided to give them another chance. My order was wrong, fries weren’t cooked all the way, service was awful as last time. That was my list time going to that location

Sooo I’m not sure what to think. I’ve lived in Hammond for 8 years now and have never stepped foot in this place. Today I decided to check it out. Not pleased at all. I ended up ordering the two polish value meal…with everything on it, which I was thinking it would be $10 (as it shows that in the google pictures) I was thrown off when he gave me a price of nearly $15! That was my own fault for failing to look at the menu when I was in there but still, $15 for two supposed polishes, small fry, and a medium drink?? I don’t believe that is reasonable. However, I proceeded. That’s not all unfortunately. As I was waiting for my order, tell me why I hear a microwave open and close, and then start?? A MICROWAVE OVEN!? I told myself “nah, can’t be, he’s probably heating sauce or idk something that would explain why a microwave is even being handled”. Welllllll… ♂️ unfortunately that was not the case. Tell me why when I received my “polishes” the first thing I do is immediately unwrap them both only to find some dried up, wrinkled, and hard, obviously microwaved HOTDOGS! The photo below shows what they looked like, but not only does it look like a microwaved dog, it also felt like it, and tasted like it. We all know how a microwaved dog looks and taste when it’s has been microwaved too long or re-microwaved. On top of that…my so called “polish” with everything on it that cost me nearly $15…didn’t even come with tomatoes. The only thing I wasn’t 100% upset with were the fries, and even that I’m questioning if it was reheated or redunked in oil. Y’all….I will never step foot in this place ever again. I lost $15 on a meal I could have made at home. Smdh.

Over the last few months I have stopped by here at least a dozen times. Their food is very good and their service is excellent. Nick’s menu seems is standard fare, but their Ribeye, Philly Cheese Steak, and Chicken Shish Kabob Sandwiches are above average hitting the mark.

Roomy place, clean, good food, decent prices, but both bathrooms are marked out of use. Don’t you need working bathrooms at a food establishment? Seems maybe they just don’t want anyone using them, and they aren’t broken??? Bullet proof glass the length of the counter says a lot. Probably not a good night spot, but not a lot of traffic here in the middle of the day. Good food though.

I used to love going here and getting my gyro burger combo, but now ….. I got food poisoned from there chicken… That was the first time I ever ordered chicken from there. The employee didn’t even try to fix the problem, he just said I was the only one sick or complaining. I called the health department and never ate there again. Don’t eat the chicken is my advice!

Hair on food * We order the half pound chicken with Fries and the Fries had black hair. We thought well things happen let’s just let them know and they can re do the order. They did re do the order just to get more hair with Fries. Unfortunately it was a complete disappointment. First may be a mistake the second the city should come inspect.
