The Dancing Goat at Virsylvia Farm is a food truck and coffee stand that focuses on local food and products as a touchstone and centerpiece for building community. We strive to maintain a menu that highlights food from right here on our farm or other farms in the area, while keeping it affordable! Even our coffee is roasted right next door at Bumpy’s Beans (formerly Sunshine Valley Roasters).
The food truck is an old airstream with long roots of serving healthy food in our community, and we are excited that it now lives here at the farm. The menu changes with the flow of the growing season and events, but two constants are the delicious house-made bagel sandwiches packed with fresh veggies, and espresso drinks of all kinds. Come visit us!

The dancing goat is a surprise in a long highway drive. The cafe is in a little airstream and you can sit and chat with local farmers and neighbors about the weather and farming and any other topic. The coffee offered by the cafe is the best in northern New Mexico. I know that that is a steep claim but I have not had a better cup of coffee even in Taos. It’s such a sweet little dessert gem.

I was so excited to find The Dancing Goat! Coffee is served out a vintage airstream in a beautiful setting. Evan served a wonderful iced coffee, using locally roasted coffee. This is the way coffee should taste and I look forward to my next visit!

I am SO excited about the Dancing Goat – I’ve had their goat milk latte and bagel sandwich and both were DELICIOUS! I highly recommend stopping here and relaxing in the farm setting with a beautiful view of the San Luis Valley and Sangre de Cristo Mountains.
