They are short staffed and there is a sign to tell you so but the food was perfectly cooked, huge blueberry pancake and egg over medium, still hot and the wait staff was pleasant and attentive even though she was taking care of 2 full rooms on her own. We might have spent an extra 10-15 minutes than we would have had there been more help but it was worth the wait.

A one hour wait for the food, then they pointed out others in the restaurant where it took longer. They said they were slammed and about 50% of the tables had customers. “We only have 3 cooks and they are working as hard as they can”. And “yes, this is how it is on Fridays”… Really!? What a mess, and the food was not special in any way. Go to Mikes BBQ in Mt. City, it is cheaper, faster and the food is really good.
