This was our second time to 1843 on Broadway. The food variety is interesting. It makes you think about what you want to eat. Everything is very good that we have tried so far. I understand it is under new management. Give it a try. It will be worth the drive there.

I decided I wanted to try a steak here, so I popped in a little before 5 p.m. and was pleased to be seated right away! My server was attentive; the wait after ordering a glass of wine was just a few moments. I believe it was the chef who actually brought out my meal after a reasonable amount of time.

We stopped here for dinner and were pleasantly surprised by how good the food was. My husband wanted steak and the prices here are so much more reasonable than in Tulsa. We had steaks, shrimp and meatloaf and they were all very good. Also had a couple cocktails and tried two desserts. Very pleased with everything we had, recommend!
