This burger king is absolutely horrible. The food is cold, old and gross more than half the time. I try to go from time to time, but it continues to disappoint. The latest trip to BK, the manager and I got into an argument, because she did not want to accommodate me using a coupon code at the window. Truly puzzled by the customer service provided at this place. I won’t bother coming here anymore.

I would only give it one star because it doesn’t get worst … i worked here several times food consumption from this particular burger king is a health risk they do not cook they food how they are supposed to they are real unprofessional its been situations were there have been mice in the bun bags and they still continue to serve to the customers like that .they general manager gladys is big on responsibility till shes the one with an important task most of the personnel working there are mostly females and they are disrespectful unprofessional and irresponsible they have no consideration for anyone what so ever and they are leaving a-scar in burger kings legacy having gladys as a general manager .im well aware that in plenty occasions she made threats to call corporate but when u need the right number she denies burger king ever being a corporate none of the people working there prioritize the fact that someone needs to be incharge of employee employment papers … i have 5 other people that can go and give a valid assessment that everything stated on this review is true i also have messages from general manager calls to the store were there being negligent with information that can be used by the employees to further continue they career at other places 95% of people leave burger king due to sanitary and strict measures for a fast food place in shirt they want you to act grade A when they have mice running around . Osha and serve safe need to take a different approach to dealing with them because 9 times out of 10 they know the person thats coming to evaluate the store soo they pass them with a high score over 98.

I have lived in this area for many years, and I come here often during the day. For the last couple of weeks I have been going at night, and I look at the drivethur hours and it say 12 midnight and I have gone at 11 closed no answer at the drivethur I have to go McDonald’s because they are open the time Burger King is apparently is open.

So upsetting raw nuggets & onion rings cold burgers. Such sloppy work. Ordered 7 meals only got 5 drinks and I didn’t get my chocolate chip cookies either!! And I didn’t get a receipt!! Worst $60 ever spent!!!

I pulled up at 10pm to see if they were still open and it said drive through closes at 11pm during the week. I literally get to the intercom and the lady said we’re closed very quietly and i didn’t hear it. She then proceeded to yell we’re closed! No comment from her when i said the sign says 11pm.

I’ve been coming here for years. But ever since covid they think they can still close the doors at 8 o’clock they’re very rude here they try to delegate where you can park at or they won’t give you your food. Horrible service I recommend that the manager gets replaced she’s been there for too long and thinks she runs that place like it’s her own business. Her attitude rubs off on those trying to get her position they are very snotty I feel so uncomfortable when I go over there to pick up my doordash deliveries

This restaurant changes the rules when it comes to sauce amounts compared to what you order through the app. My order consisted of 2 sauces for an 8pc chicken nugget but only can give me 1. From what I was told they can only give 1 because that’s their rules and the app is a third party and we don’t have to follow that. Also waited 10 mins after placing an online order.

When I tried calling to see if they did pick-up the employee said very aggressively “I have your phone number on dial, so don’t try to call again you stupid asshole” I was very offended by this customer service and was very upset by the reply I have gotten, she also threatened to call the cops on us. Burger King please have better customer service.
