I ordered 2 sandwiches from the drive thru. I asked for both sandwiches to be cut in half. They ALWAYS forget this. I also confirm with window guy they were cut in half and the window guy always says they are . The worst part of my experience: My sandwich had NO meat! The second sandwich was NOT what I ordered. We gave them lots of chances. Not going back.

Probably the worst JJ’s I’ve ever ordered from. Every order has taken an hour+ to arrive from less than 2 miles away. They don’t use the app/tracker to keep you updated. Called after waiting an hour to learn they hadn’t even started making my order yet. Eat literally anywhere else.

The general manager treated me with the utmost disrespect. I was told to shut up numerous times, all because my slim did not come with cheese on it, after I had paid for it. I truly cannot believe how disrespectful he was! I highly recommend going to subway or cousins before ever going to this establishment. I will be contacting corporate to lodge a formal complaint.

Unbelievably rude service – shaking head when we were ordering – told “this isn’t subway” when asked for slight alteration on sandwich. Can’t believe that guy is allowed to work there. The General Manager uses racist slurs and is very degrading to women, and it was very obvious his coworkers were uncomfortable. Never have I seen such deplorable services in a resteraunt.
