Service was good. Overhead menus were inaccurate according to the server. Getting drinks was confusing because you couldn’t see the fountain well from the register. The worst bit was the food. I used to love getting Boston Market. But eating at this location left me questioning my memory. The food was so bland and flavorless. It was a sad experience for my wife and I. The outlier was the cornbread which was delicious.

Love this place! If you love their fresh made sides, try a three sides sampler that comes with corn bread! I love the spinach souffle, sweet potatoes with marshmallows, Mac & cheese and red potatoes. Great chicken and meatloaf with 2 sides. Keep your receipt to get 2 meals for one on Saturdays. A great deal!

Second time in the past month that we’ve been here, and they had no meat nor a majority of their side items. What was left of the 2 sides they did have looked like they had been sitting out for multiple days. If I could rate no stars, I would. The employees were not friendly in the least bit, and the inside was very unclean. I’m not sure why this location was even open.

We usually love Boston Market. But this location cannot get a Door Dash order right to save their life! They never have what the app shows. The food they do send, is dry & old. And they always are missing items from my order. Sadly .. we won’t be ordering from here anymore.

This has to be one of the worst Boston markets I have been to. The service is horrific. On the website, there are always rotisserie nuggets advertised on the home page and available for order. They never have them, so this time I called to see if they’re actually there. They werent..shocker more false advertising on the site per usual. However I went for the Parmesan Tuscan chicken and my fiancé got the country chicken with white gravy. We ordered ahead. Arrived at the store at the suggested pick up time for it to have nkt been made at all, then told they don’t have my fiancés meal… at all. So he had to pick something else and wait for it to be made. Turn out they also didn’t have corn, and didn’t have the parm Tuscan chicken or the stuffing we ordered. So everything you’re allowed to order on the site… you can’t actually get. Then you have to wait for them to make you something else, with no apology.. and still pay full price! This has happened over and over and over. So sick of this place.

Cold mashed potatoes, Cold gravy, Cold corn bread, the macaroni was hot and decent but was swimming in a pool of watery cheese sauce. The chicken was warm and unseasoned. Anyone still coming here has never tried a charboil chicken spot. Came for nostalgia and lunch; left with disappointment and regret.

I used to love this place. Paid $60 for an XL family meal for my fathers birthday and the food was horrible. The mashed potatoes tasted like cheap instant boxed mashed potatoes and the Mac and cheese was disgusting. It was runny and didn’t even taste like Mac and cheese. What a waste of time and money!
