Stopped in for a sub on the way home for lunch late Saturday afternoon. Ordered an Italian sub to go. It took 15 minutes for the sub to be made while I waited and at one point there was only 1 person left on the line making subs while everyone waited. Several tables got their orders, ate lunch and left before my sandwich showed up.

Overall, my sandwich was fantastic. There were three or four teenagers making the sandwiches. One of them a young man with long hair in his face helped make my sandwich. I asked one of the employees if it was mandatory that they wear their hair back or a hat on, she said no. I honestly felt like it was unclean and not sanitary with his hair in his face the entire time I was there I’m very thankful she offered to make my sandwich for me and I excepted. I thought it was mandatory if you work in a kitchen that your hair be pulled back or have a hat on.

This will be my last time eating at any Firehouse Subs locations. I kept trying different locations but unfortunately the sandwiches just aren’t as good as they were before. I actually used to work at Firehouse Subs so I know how the sandwiches are supposed to be made and the quality is very different from how it was 5-7 years ago. Both of our sandwiches were extremely salty. They made the mistake of throwing the banana peppers in with the meat and cheese which made the peppers absolutely disgusting. There was WAY too much mayo and overall just no flavor. And to put the cherry on top, I bit down on a sharp bit of plastic that was in my sandwich. Makes me sad to see this place going downhill.

Absolutely love Firehouse subs. Meatball marinara is always my main go to. And even when this place is crazy busy the food is always fresh and ready. Great place and great atmosphere! I definitely recommend to anyone who has never had it or If you had a bad experience give this one a shot!

I love firehouse and have been to may locations, this one is by far the worst. I’m sure the food would have been fine, had I ever received it. I waited for 40 minutes and asked about my food 3 times before finally requesting a refund. The staff at this location is undertrained and under managed, it took 10 minutes just for them to get me a refund. All in all, 1/10, would be higher if I had ever actually received my food.

I can’t take it anymore. Iv been here a bunch of times and the sandwiches are good but the store has managed to find a way to mess it up. I was thinking at times maybe it’s just a bad day but this has been going on for years. The sandwiches are soup, smooshed or just flat out made wrong, the sandwich i just picked up has a jar of mustard in it. I can’t even eat it. This place is too expensive to be having problems like this. I got gotten today AGAIN! Check out my pic. I’m trying to eat it but you get the point. This was a pick up. Sorry people. Find another place to make em.

Ordered the Firehouse BBQ brisket with extra BBQ sauce. It was made “fresh” while I was waiting (ordered when I got there) and had a 3 minute drive back to work. Sandwich was slimmy and stone cold with NO BBQ sauce at all. First time eating at this location and not sure if I will be back.

I ordered over $100 worth of sandwiches. I show up 20 minutes early for the pick up as I did not see the time. I came in and the girl at the counter said they would start working on it at 6:50pm but because there are multiple sandwiches it will take time (understandable). We sat in the car and waited until 7:20 and we are now sitting in the lobby as they just start to make our sandwiches. Maybe if there wasn’t a bunch of teenagers at the counter distracting the people working out order would have been on time. Really irritating being told one thing and then it’s not done. Don’t give people ETAs if you can’t stick to it! I won’t be back.. I’ll go to subway.

Firehouse makes some fantastic subs! But it always seems to take an inordinate amount of time to get them. Staff have always been very kind and helpful at this location.
