Very poor experience here. Even for it being a Friday night with 4 to 5 folks working, there was very little customer service to be had and unfortunately the meal did not make up for it. Ordered online with a max pickup time of 20 minutes, order was ready 45 minutes later. Ordered the new chicken sandwich and asked for no pickle but got 5 slices. The bun was hard and seemed stale and the actual chicken was puny and dry. I asked for the fries to be well done and extra seasoned and yet they were the complete opposite. The honey mustard I asked for was included and the fountain drink was good too. Other than those two positives, this was not a great experience on any front. Pictured are the “well done with extra seasoning” fries and the lemon pepper chicken sandwich that was dry and thin.

So I called ahead so by the time I got there my wings would be done. The lady said 18 minutes on the phone and turned out to be more like 30 minutes which kinda sucked but wasnt a big deal. Employees were having fun while they worked and they were really respectful and nice. Mens Bathroom was cleaned. I go to this wingstop because the other one by my house sucks. The wings and fries are always up to par. I got 6 mango habanero and 2 atomic wings 8/10 would reccomend.

I come here somewhat often and each time the workers are working their butts off. It makes me sad to see people being so hard on the workers when often they are very understaffed. They are always so sweet and accommodating and the managers seem to take pride and leadership in what they do and really want to leave the customer satisfied.

Placed an order for 40 wings, & 2 tenders. At pick up there were only 20 wings and the tenders. I showed them my order & the girl kept “arguing with me that I got what I ordered. I told her I’m missing 20 wings. They were busy. She called to the manager (??) to come to the counter, he did not. I stood & WAITED. She finally went to him & he hands her two more tenders….I AM NOT MISSING TWO TENDERS I’M MISSING 20 WINGS…JEESH! The person at the counter was pleasant, but not at all reading the receipt correctly. I was about 2 seconds from asking for a refund. The mgr, while busy couldn’t really be bothered to figure this out. I know stuff happens but don’t stand there & argue with me for 10 minutes. And, I didn’t get a receipt, so I couldn’t fill out their survey!
