The doors are always locked. You would be lucky to find them open and when they are open they are the slowest people in town and the pizza has gone way down hill. This is the last chance. Will never spend another penny in here. The one on 28 by pass is great, pizza is perfect

They CANNOT keep staff so the place is never open. The few times we’ve been able to sit down there in the past year, we’ve had to serve ourselves… getting our own menus, our own drinks, our own to-go boxes. The flavor of pizza hut has always been my favorite but it is absolutely not worth what this location has become.

The staff at Pizza Hut on E Greenville St in Anderson were so helpful when we had a last minute need for 20 pizzas. They were hot and ready at the time of scheduled pick up. The young lady at the counter helped me carry them to my car and so friendly. Very pleased with the service we received.

The food was amazing, and the service was beyond my expectations. Somehow, one of the pizzas from my mobile order got missed. The young lady working was so professional and went above and beyond to make things right even though I wasn’t upset. Pizza Hut will be our go-to pizza spot from now on!

Placed a order online for a veggie pizza -olive add jalapeños for delivery and was over loaded with jalapeños called and complained for the pizza to be remade as my kids could not consume and be delivered but was told no and had to pick up even tho I had paid for delivery and the mistake was on there end to be then added on to the no delivery list!! Even tho I had paid for what I had ordered and they did not meet their OWN standards and wanted me to drive to pick it up or pay again for delivery. NOT ON

Placed an order online and it said it would be 15-20 minutes. We arrived early but went ahead and paid and told the cashier that we patiently wait as we were not in hurry. He handed me the dinner box and not only was the pizza dark, it was missing most of the cheese, sauce, and toppings. I told the cashier that I would need them remade and instead of a “Quality Guarantee”, he said he could remake it and correct the toppings, but it would be extra. At that point, I just asked for a refund and took our business elsewhere. You would think he would have made the proper corrections instead of losing a sale, but he was rude and obviously did not care. We won’t be back!!!

We ordered just a stuffed crust and cheese bread. I really wanted the cheese bread because of how good it looked online. What I got was not even CLOSE to the picture. It was lightly sprinkled with cheese and SO overcooked. Then the pizza crust was paper thin and hard. Idk what happened to this location but for what we paid I don’t ever want to go back now after thinking this was previously the place to go when I wanted GOOD pizza. And they gave me a receipt with no survey code somehow so I couldn’t even do a survey.

I thought they were closed. It looked dark when I started in. Then an alarm went off when I opened the door and the place looked desertèd. I almost left then another customer came up and said the desk was around the corner. I wanted to try the new melts. They were pretty good. I’m not a big pizza lover but I liked the chicken bacon parmesan except it was too salty.
