They gave me cold salty fries and gave me a burger full of mayo . They never have drinks here they told me they only had sweet or unsweetened for the day . I got home food was cold and gave me unsweetened tea if that’s all they have to drink then the tea should be brewed fresh and should atleast be either SWEET OR UNSWEET . I went to the store to get a refund and they told me I had to bring it that day . Food should be good so customers don’t have to waste gas for bad food .

Cashier lady at front raising her voice at us and being rude at me and my family since we walked in…. We stopped by to grab a bite to eat we asked for two small drinks and when we went to get the soda she starts raising her voice at us telling us that we didn’t pay for soda and she had charged us for water when we specifically said two small drinks never asked any specific question about it being soda or water which makes sense to drinks being soda and I repeated to her ok can I buy the sodas then and she kept raising her voice telling us we didn’t pay for drinks and I kept saying yeah I’ll pay for the soda then and we bought spicy chicken nuggets got regular on both of those orders and then got spicy SANDWHICHS I don’t blame the cooks it’s how she put the order in but we decided to just leave after our meal and not start anything.

After receiving my order I opened up my burger and automatically noticed that the patty was completely burnt so bad it even shrunk in size. I’m not the person to complain but knew there was no way I could eat that so I politely asked if I could get a new patty due to it being burnt and even said the patty on the other burger was great. While waiting on my food we notice all three cooks staring at us so automatically got worried. After receiving the burger again I opened it up to see there was salt and pepper covering the burger and all over the wrapper which I wiped off all of it on the outside because I wasn’t gonna send it back especially if they did that to someone who was nice about it the first time. I attempted to eat it but couldn’t bare how salty it was. One of the cooks came and sat at a table across from us and I told my sister look at the table all that came off the burger and he turns to the window and starts laughing. It’s sad there are those type of people especially when customers are nice about the issue and knowing they wouldn’t eat that themselves. I will never return to this location again and hopefully corporate will check in and take care of these kind of issues!

This location shows to be open until midnight for drive through everyday on the door, in the app, and on Google maps. Tell me why it was closed before 11pm on Saturday night? I had hateful employees last time I visited and now this? Pick another location, seriously. They have some issues and they have earned my distrust and dislike. The app is problematic every time I’ve used it as a sidenote.

We gave up on bk awhile ago because they weren’t that great in Lubbock and don’t pay their employees enough. We gave this one a chance today just because it was convenient and very happy we did!
