Family went today for a quick meal. While ordering, a homeless man came in and asked for water. An older man – possibly the manager – told him it cost $2! We made sure to ask where to add the water to our order to ensure we paid for it, too. He turned around and told us it was free. Last I checked, homeless folks were still human and deserving of our kindness. It is unfortunate this Taco Bell location chooses to dehumanize those less fortunate; and, by doing so, dehumanizes themselves.

WORST TACO BELL went EVER !!! Do not come here!! Went through the “ mobile pickup lane “. Where it’s strictly supposed to be for mobile orders and I get told that I have to go inside or back through the regular drive thru lane…. Got cussed out and yelled at when I told them nobody ever answered drive thru speaker they told me it’s my own problem… went outside order wrong and cold inedible food … I feel sick after eating here. Im calling cooperate to complain!! This employees are rude and heartless!!! Salt pepper hair guy is rude then lady outside sitting on her phone when she’s supposed to be working…. I’m calling HR!!! Avoid!!

I had an issue where I ordered my food online through the app, but I wasn’t given every item in my order. I went inside to inform them that my order was missing a few items. I had to wait over 30 minutes because there was no one managing the register. Once someone came to address my issue they first accused me of lying and eventually gave me the missing items from my order by throwing them on the counter at me and walking away while shouting “You’re welcome!!”. After all of that, my order was still wrong and was now cold and soggy. Sadly I don’t believe I will ever be coming back.

Went threw the drive thru and the female attendant at the window wasn’t too pleasant. Normally they put napkins and ask what kind of sauce you want, and neither one was done along with looking at me crazy while I was waiting for her to give me my drink. My whole thing is, if you don’t like your job, then don’t work there, it’s not my fault you don’t want to be there.

At 1:10pm today, I had ordered the number 2 which was 3 soft tacos supreme with a Baja blast and a side of fries. Paid and only to receive my food and no drink at the window. Manager insisted that he already gave me my mango drink. I told him I didn’t get any drink at all and did not get mango drink. So he sounded like I was lying to him. He looked so puzzled like he was on something and on a temper tantrum. Weirdest encounter. Told him to look into my car for the drink so he realized he did not give me my drink. So this place is not fully operable. Still needs better management. Rather drive to the other Taco Bell on north freeway service. Better people better chance of not being called a liar.

Placed mobile order. Girl at window confused us with another mobile order (same first name) and accused of us trying to steal food. Fiasco could of been avoided if she read back the order to confirm she had the right people OR let us finish telling her our order. No, that’s too hard. She shut the window on us. Another girl came up and told us to move forward. Waited 10 mins and walked in. I suppose the manager helped my husband and told him that he gave the girl different last names and they thought we were trying to steal. So now the girl at the window is lying to save face because she never once asked us the last name. She just asked if we had crunchy tacos or crunchy twists. We tried to tell her our order and she shuts the window on us. Immature all around. He had to show them the receipt before everything was cleared up. Judging from the other reviews, they don’t like to admit they are wrong as they will accuse you of stealing. Lol just don’t place a mobile order here.

I’m so confused at what the thought process was here. Even if the person filling these tacos were new or teenagers… you know you wouldn’t be ok with this, so why would you give this to a paying customer?? One of the items on my order was the taco burrito pack. Every taco has less than a fifth of what would be in a normal taco. Literally just a little dab of meat. This is weird to me. How is this ok? Never going there again!

New place is finally open. I hate that the brand is getting rid of front counter and FORCING everyone to order on a touchscreen. It gives the employees a chance to hide in the back and you don’t get personal interaction as a customer. Might as well just have vending machines the way they are going.

Update: I order like $45 worth of food in the drive-Thur. They told me next time with a big order, order online or come in and order. This is the last time I am coming here a lot. I will take my business somewhere else. On top of that no one was in the drive-Thur In front or behind me. Good service, but they just installed self service devices. I won’t use them!!
