Every time I come, the employees bring their kids and let them run around the restaurant. Last time I came through the drive through and asked original, I ended up old chicken that was probably sitting in the warmer for like 10hrs. Chicken was dry and hard…Going to Popeyes and I least I know there my chicken and order will be fresh and made right…

This is the second time I’ve gone in with the same manager working, in the evening. Food was old and hard, fries cold. I could not order food we wanted as they were out. There are specials and he will not honor them. He is rude and no customer service. Both times I’ve left without dinner. Something needs to be done or you will loose the store. Sad to have to drive to another city to get food.

Just went thru the drive thru and ordered a family meal with 2 combos and I’m missing the gravy to the family meal side , 2 fries and I got pickles on my sandwich when we asked for no pickles (allergy) I then called and they asked me to come back with all my food in order to get a refund. I spoke to the manager Madison and she told me she wasn’t able to give me a cooperate number or a refund. All this could’ve been avoided if the employees weren’t standing around talking to each other and on their cellphones (contamination)

Half my order was missing. Crispy Chicken was not crispy but instead stale. Called to see what could be done. Nothing was done. Manager Madison which I spoke to over the phone was extremely rude. Not the first time I’ve had a bad experience here and I’m usually not one to right negative reviews but this is out of hand. Rather drive to Oxnard for a better kfc experience.

Service here is pretty good. I’ve never had a problem with my order, it’s always accurate. 90% of the time I go through the drive-thru the only time I have to really wait is for the other customer trying to make up their mind. I very much appreciate the $5 fill-ups, I’m totally impressed with the quality freshness and the amount of product. For $5 you get three tenders, mashed potatoes and gravy, delicious biscuit, cookie and a soda! Another one of my favorites is the chicken pot pie totally amazing and even better than Marie Callender’s!
