There should be an option for negative review. I bought a footlong and a packet of chips and was not given a receipt. Few days later I got a charge for 2 times the amount. When I called the guy was very rude and hung up on me. I will be reporting to Subway corporate also. Avoid this’ll place guys!

I walked in and there was a sign over each bathroom door saying “Restrooms were closed to prevent Covid”. Isn’t that a healthcode violation? I thought restaurants had to have a place for customers to wash their hands. We walked out immediately without ordering any food. 12/30/21 11:45 am

Manager is rude and hung up on me trying to explain how my order was wrong. He instantly got defensive saying he combines his sauces and chicken ahead of time so it’s my fault for ordering ceasar dressing too despite the mobile ordering form letting me remove the sauce and change it to ceasar. He told me I should’ve known this and ordered chicken breasts instead of chicken strips. Great customer service telling me how I did everything wrong and then hanging up on me when I asked him if he could remake it with his suggestions. So now I’m left with an inedible sub and somehow it didn’t strike him as odd as he made the sub and that maybe he should’ve questioned it.

Never had an issue until today but the older gentleman that works there was so drunk he throw a knife and it hit the young man in the back. Subway owner needs to sort it out, feel really sorry for the other employee, he’s just started working there. Check your security camera at 1435 ET, 24 March.

This location is absolutely pathetic when it comes to management. I ordered over a $40 order yesterday through this location through grubhub. When received my order, all 4 of my sandwiches were incorrect. They either didn’t have meat on them, or they didn’t have the right condiments on them. I continuously called yesterday and got a busy signal, so I called today and when expressing my concerns, the manager hung up on me after telling me he wasn’t going to do anything to help me. NEVER again will I order from this restaurant and I will be reaching out to cooperate in regards.

I ordered two sub’s and some peanut butter cookies. The cookies were stale and rock hard. I kept my receipt and called to have my cookies replaced. The manager got on the phone and was very rude, called me a liar, and hung up in my face!!! I will NOT be going back.
